Hey coach u hv provided so many mini band workouts it is actually a feast.... My question is which category do these fall is it strength or cardio and also what they are good for burning fat or toning... Love from India... ♥️
Hi Shruti, the ones with cardio intervals are intended to get your heart rate up and encourage burning more calories so they are good for people with weight loss goal. Ones with more strength exercise focus (such as this workout) are great for muscle firming and toning 👍

Very good exercises...however...the music?!?!??!?!?!?omg...it s a DISASTER!!!! Please put normal songs or change DJ coz it was a pain to listen to it!
