Im a 15 year old Boy, Im a bit overweight and constantly get bullied on it at school or even at home, Ill update this in 2 months, Wish me luck please Update: I just want to say thank you to this man , he helped me so much over these last 2 months i lost a great amount of weight, best part about it was my family had no idea i was working out so it was nice for them to see the new me, thanks for all the support everyone❤️
I’m 24 years old and I’m so fed up with being overweight, unhealthy and having really low self-esteem. I’m 5’8 and currently at 290. So as of today 06/12/20 I’m officially going to start my weight loss journey. Thank you for the tips.
I’m 26, 375 lbs, 6’ 1”, now my shape is that I have big thighs and big butt. I have a stomach but not that big. My arms and hands are puffy and face but not neck. I do have muscles so that might contribute to my weight. Idk. But I 100% know i can lose the weight. I’m just not informed. I don’t have anyone around me that wants to help and that never weighted as much as me. It sucks but I’m going to take this guys advice to master the technique then go on to do more exercises!
Sarah Wolfe yeah I figured but it’s crazy b/c I gained weight but I still fit in my clothes (a little tight but not too tight) from hs and I weighed in at 230 lbs in 12th grade. My legs and butt and calf’s have always been the same size. My stomach has gotten bigger as well as my breast. But I fit nice in my 2xl shirts but I wear 3x b/c I like it loose.
I love the fact that you take into account that not everyone might not be able to do these 100% on the first time.. You can see that you truly started where most of us are starting at. So smart!
I’m 17 I’m a senior in high school, and I 320 lbs and recently I’ve been seeing a lot of workout videos all over social media and have noticed things about my body I didn’t realize before, to me this seems simple enough and I will try to do this. After posting this comment I’ll put down how much I did for day 1! My goal is to loose weight anyway I can, but I at least want to loose 20 lbs at the end of January. Wish me luck you guys! 😁👍🏼 I’m finished with my first workout and I did 60 push-ups I’m 5 minutes 28 row thingys 20 squats 22 seconds on hand plank
The best trainers are those who have been overweight before and I haven't come across too many of them! I'm thankful to have found your channel tonight. Thank you!
LOL I watched the first time bed! The next day I started this 4 exercise workout! Today is my 2nd day and I'm loving ❤ it. I'm 75yrs old but still want to loose weight 😫 I want to be the best 75yr old that I can be!
If youre reading this, to anyone not feeling like working out: Its too early, youre kind of hungry, "Youll do it tomorrow" STOP remember your goal, youre stronger than you know. PUSH IT
I love that he mentions simplicity. I often get overwhelmed with the many different exercises their are to do . So starting off small and focusing on mastering a couple of them before moving on to the next was a great tip . Its like Will Smith said , focus on laying one brick at a time . Lay it the best that you possibly can each time and soon , you’ll have a wall . Thanks for this video :)
Been depressed for a good 3 yrs cause my girl left me went from weighing 175lb to now weighing around 280lb, I've been wanting to be healthy & get my life back together , but I haven't been motivated till recently when I decided to start, my motivation is there but the fear of not being able to reach my weight loss goal & failing has kept me from starting my weight loss journey. Then this morning I see this In recommended & it has motivated me to finally start. God is good & I am ready to do this.
@@fifi2266 I'm down. Funny I stopped eatting processed sugar for 1 day and a half and I ate a orange today i feel high lol. So after work I'm buying some oranges lol.
@@j718wn Congratulations I'm happy to hear that because it isn't easy to loose weight. I'm starting mine today with IF (intermediate fast) then fruit later in the day.
@@adamrichardson1705 Exactly. I am out of shape, but I am active and doing these 4 exercises in row is not as easy as it sounds. However, this is one of the best beginner video I've seen so big props!
Respect to this man for sacrificing his time to help us become better people not only physically, but mentally. As a 180 pounds 8th grader this is the motivation I needed.
I was known as "titty-boy" all throughout middle and highschool. I didn't wanna run or workout in public because my chest would bounce so it became a vicious circle. This was 2003 before youtube was really a thing. Kudos to you for making effort NOW. Keep going and don't stop buddy. You're gonna be the MAN in high school! 💪🏿
A fitness youtuber that was not skinny but overweight at first? You're an inspiration sir! I will start my fitness journey with a subscription to you! Thank you for these advices!
I tell everybody and anybody Pushups is the most underrated exercise. Before going out in the morning max out a pushup set. It takes less than 45seconds Before you go to sleep, max out. It takes less than 45seconds. You're in a rush? There's no way you cant spare 45seconds of your life
@@NamesMajin I'd probably do 35 pushups in 45seconds. The average person would probably do 20-30 before needing a rest. I'd usually max out 4 times a day. (45 seconds each time) then continue with my day. Keep in mind, this isnt a workout or anything, it's just me doing emphasizing that you can do pushups anywhere at anytime. You wont break a sweat, you can be wearing jeans, whatever Ofc when I'm at the gym I do higher reps and higher set And yeah, my tricep and chest are a beauty, trust me when I say, it does work!
My journey began 10 months ago My starting weight was 318 I’m now 217 and I’m a 19year old female. I got to give all thanks to the man above for turning my life around and getting me on a healthier track🙏🏾💪🏾
Damn girl I bet you look so yummy. Keep up the good work. I’m starting my journey today. Gonna do these exercises at least 4 days a week and go vegetarian to help with the weight loss. Good luck y’all!
@Siva I watched the whole video a few days ago. But I returned here to remind myself of the workouts, as I forgot to write them down when I watched the video.
Hello there. I just wanted to make the comment that this guy has the best advices for a person to start a fitness program. I was a personal trainer for 15 years and i always tried to make sure to the beginners to keep it simple and not to throw away their money on those gimmicks you see on TV where the so call "" trainers of the starts" try to sell you some complicated piece of equipment or a video just to make a quick buck. This guy is doing exactly what i always taught to my clients especially those that just started. Of course, back in my days there was no UA-cam or a place where to make a video a make it for the public. Congratulations to this guy and i wish more people like him in the fitness industry!
fuck yeah I bought 4 products that spouses to help me to boost losing my weight I used them for 2 months then I've stopped them surprisingly I got the same result in following 2 months without using them. In short there is no magic pills it is all about food and workout which have to be supported my a strong mental goal.
My biggest problem ever is my nutrition. I have good workout habits but I barely drink water and I eat fast food alot . I dont over eat but I eat poor foods. I'm 6'2 260. I need help
This video about getting FORM right is 100% spot on . Because if your FORM isn't right then you wont be getting max results . That said , Sept 27th last month , I weighed myself and the scale said 294 , today it said 270.4. I was smoking two packs a day and drinking atleast 4 redbulls and pop allday long . I said NO MORE !!! I've been doing calorie deficit and walking on the treadmill everyday for last 3 weeks , i started with a mile , now in my 4th week I average about 3 miles day and did 4.5 miles a Personal Best yesterday because I ate comfort food so I thought I'd go a little harder. I wanna say close to 50 miles on treadmill clocked so far , I take a pic everyday . One thing I've learned is don't beat yourself up over it . I've had pizza , but only 2 slices not 4-5 like I usually would. Drank a coke zero instead of regular coke. I drink a tea or coffee every morning to get some caffeine in my system get the metabolism going . Eating a lot cleaner now , try to buy less carb stuff if I want a wrap or something like that . Fruits , green apples and strawberries is my goto thing. I tried the cauliflower rice but I just cant do it lol. Bought 5lbs of chicken breast ate that everyday lunch and dinner . I skip lunch now and fast and snack then eat dinner . This week I bought some ISO whey protein and make a drink everyday after workout or running , its only 110 calories and taste like fruity pebbles. When your trying to lose weight fast or you do you will lose muscle just as fast because your not working out and your body isn't getting enough protein from not eating as much and calorie deficit My goal is 220 which the last time I weighed that was highschool maybe even junior high some 30 yrs ago. I've been overweight my whole life since a kid but I didn't have to be. My next step is to shoot for 250lbs its more realistic at the moment . I've started doing weight training a little also now because I don't wanna lose all the weight and have flabby skin and manboobs hanging even though the honest truth is at 45 yrs old they will probably still be there. I messed up and wanted to workout everyday but you need to let certain muscles rest and rebuild to get bigger. I wanted faster results and figured if I do it everyday then it will but that's not how it works . I has not even been a month and people message me saying they see a difference already , I did chest and tris yesterday morning and did 4.5 miles on treadmill lastnight . I am sore as hell as I type this but it's all worth it in the end . I weigh my self everyday to just to see even though some days you will plateau and it will say you weigh more then yesterday even though you didn't eat more or whatnot . Don't worry Stick to GAMEPLAN and Trust the process . It works I'm living proof even at 45 years old
I'm 44 years old I've had a heart attack I'm 6'1" and 303 lbs. Thank you for making this video I tend to overcomplicate something simple My target goal is 240 lbs I will keep you updated
This is just what I was looking for, didn't want to hear somebody who has always been a gym nut tell me how to lose weight. It's great to have someone who has been there giving the advice. Thank you
Started this routine 2 weeks back and I lost 5kg!!!! This is probably the easiest, fastest and the best way possible to lose weight. I am so glad I came across this video. Thanks a lot dude you really changed the way I see weight loss!!!!
I first saw this video back on December 28, 2020. Since I started doing the exercises he suggested as well as adding in some cario (bike for 10miles/1hr every other day) I've dropped 30lbs. That's essentially just three full months, and I fully intend to keep moving forward with this.
24 years old, 6,2 with 320 pounds, started on june 16 and being doing cardio, those 4 exercises plus some more and eating less and less everyday, used to eat 4 slices of pizza, now i eat 2, used to heat a headsize bowl of rice, now i eat a punch. My first goal is on september 26 i need to be at 300 lbs by that time, ill break through this endless cycle and finally conquer my dreams, thank you so much dude! you are a inspirations for me and a lot of people
I just love how he’s keeping it real. Not intimidating and like full speed, feels approachable and I feel like yes I CAN do that. Those are the real deal guys that make health accessible not impossible! Hats off mate.
I just turned 20 years old and I told myself it’s better to lose the weight now and live a healthy lifestyle when I’m still young, because losing weight gets harder the older you get 💯🤷🏾♂️
King JA im living truth. I’m 30 and it’s a lot harder mainly because of finding time to work out and eat properly due to family and work. So getting healthy early and staying healthy is IDEAL and very smart 🤘🏽🤘🏽👍🏼👍🏼
Nice video. Apart from that I would suggest just follow the routine of our ancient brothers. Get up at 5 in the morning. Watch sunrise everyday. Jog or walk or do whatever that makes you happy and feel better and increases your heartbeats for about 30 to 45 mins, you can do excercises given in the video, eat less times a day preferably 2 times, try to walk as much as you could everyday. Take less transportation options, some people nowadays prefer cars even to run the errand, at least you can cycle to go for nearest shops, you can even skate, eat less processed food, avoid macds, kfcs, dominos. Avoide all those restaurants which are spoon-feeding you for price of your life. Don't fall for the advertised gimmicks, take stairs at least while getting down from building, climb stairs at least 4 levels if you can then take a lift, swim, meet friends, laugh out loud (now a days only happens on social platforms.. lol...), Eat less after 5 pm, stop eating 3 hours before sleep, get to bed at 9 compulsorily, have a good sleep for about 8 hours, avoide social platforms as much as you can, don't keep your cellphone near you particularly at the time of sleeping, keep it far away from you, instead go and meet your friend by walking to his house and have interaction. Just follow our past life (our grandparents life), they lived peacefully without all the shits that we have an access today. Be a man again.
@@meghrajbansode267 You are right but the pure foods ancient people ate no longer exist and due to the rhythm of modern life we cannot live by ancient timetables.
I’m right there. 31 percent BMI. Totally out of shape. 6’3 250. Fatty Liver. Just started strong diet and brisk walking 30 minutes a day. I’m going to add these 4 exercises every day. It seems simple and effective and I can really focus in at home especially. Thanks for the good advice. God Bless!
He knows what he's talking about!! These upper/lower body workouts burn fat AND sculpt the body....I know from experience. Keep it Simple but consistent!
yeah, body weight exercises with compound movements don't get near enough credit. They're cheap, readily available, your membership never expires. Food is the same. Laziness/lack of discipline makes for unhealthy food choice and prep. I eventually got to where I really enjoy learning about the food I buy, where it comes from, it's benefits, when it's in season, various ways of preparation. It can be made into a weird stress relieving 'hobby' that anyone can do. No time or no money are poor excuses with body weight training.
You don’t deserve to get bullied in whatever size you’re in I’m happy that you’re working on yourself but don’t think you need to do this because of people bullying you do it for yourself, and too those people that bully you because of your weight I hope they get their @ss kicked and beat tf up good luck tho I believe in you..
I will do my best to try this, I am 70 yrs old, and 197 lbs, 5'9". I retired 3 years ago, but since I have learned to jump rope. 1000 jumps every other day, but I feel I need to do more and this seems very good for me. Thank You.

After doing personal training for 3 months and then falling off the wagon some years after I literally forgot where to start! This video brought me back and I am so excited to get back to it!!!! Thank you so much!
I appreciate the simplicity of the 4 exercises, because it doesn’t help going to the gym and trying to remember 30 different routines, with 30 different machines, all in 30 minutes! Thanks for your service and your support!
So humble in his explanations, needed to see this. Not many people, let alone You-tubers emphasize starting slow and getting the postures right first, getting your confidence going before shooting for the top. Thank you!! Let’s get it!!
i'm super obese, losing weight following a healthy diet but man, this routine looks really great. I can't afford a gym and I feel good about this video. You've given me a goal. I'm gonna master these four exercises.
261 pounds at age 27, I’ve gained ~100 pounds in 5 years. Starting today with these exercises. Ready to do this and start losing it all faster than I gained it. Thank you so much for this!
This was a really good way to teach the calisthenics basics. Push ups - pushing Inverted rows - pulling Squats - legs Plank - core I've seen other channels try to go into way to much detail about these 4 categories. When were just starting out though that's way too much info, we have time to learn all that later as we progress. Thanks for the info
I'm fairly heavily overweight. I'm starting this tomorrow morning I hope I find the motivation to keep going. I'm getting teased and bullied at work wich hurts me more then I admit. Keeping up a smile takes out alot the motivation to keep going to work

@@sadaesashington7255 - "He did? Hm I didn't know that" He showed in the video how you can modify your workouts. For example, doing push-ups against a wall or windowsill if you can't handle a regulation push-up.
I wish they had taught stuff like wall push-up's at my school when I was growing up. I've never had enough arm strength to do even 1 push-up, and it wasn't until recently that I learned about wall push-up's to build strength to be able to do normal push-up's. Thank you for including this type of modification advice.
Long read. I have extreme flat feet. 2 years ago, I was really determined to lose weight because I was just 23 at the time and I had hit borderline cholesterol already. Was really determined and cut 23 kgs and went to 101 kgs from 124. And I tore my acl in the other knee as well (had torn the first in the other knee 5 years back) and gained the exact same weight back during rehab since I was bedridden after surgery for 2 months and I was crushed from within because everything I did at the time to lose weight was gone. Felt depressed and hogged on mcd, burgerking, pizzas like no tomorrow after that. Took me one and a half year to get the same determination back somehow to follow a disciplined diet again thanks to my girl and my family for that and now I've lost 10 kgs again and now there is no looking back. Bottom line, just do it again and don't give up!
Naa and i dont recomend changing urself for anyone but urself and ur health dont so it to impress ur friends or make them feel surprised sure thats a great bonus u are gonna get complimented but dont do it just for that reason.
Finally advice from someone who went through it and achieved it. Some UA-camrs have tons of different workouts you end up lose focus because you get mixed up each day. This advise I can do. Simple but effective.
Khaos Ryders Im at 185lbs now. Cut calories to 1500 or less a day, tons of protein, was working out 5 days a week. Lifting weights and cardio. Walked during my work breaks 4 days a week and tried to get no less than 12k to 15k steps a day. I have started to eat more now as I have gotten too skinny in some areas I didn't want to. It takes work and dedication. I don't believe there are any quick fixes.
Thank you, thank you, thank you! As a slim person, with 26% body fat (I have a gut) I was looking for a place to start to reduce body fat, increase my upper body strength, and improve my posture. This is totally doable. God bless you!❤❤❤
I legit have never been able to do a real push up in my life. Never had the right upper body strength. I love the idea of doing it on the wall first! Never thought of that. Thanks!
Felt the same way and I was feeling weaker as I get older. Just joined a bootcamp for a couple months and most of us are in the same boat,. This video is exactly what they have us doing along with walking in between the reps of 25, 3 times so Keep going you will build up your strength 👏🏽💪🏽
I was a 2 sport athlete in HS, I also weighed 370lbs but was still very athletic. 12 years later, I weigh 250, but have been out of the gym and out of shape. This video is perfect for anyone with or without an athletic/gym background who wants to get back at it and get tone. Thank you.
Great info. Too many people think they can jump into the gym, go heavy and use every machine possible. Big mistake. Right here is what you gotta do. Get your base movements right first and build a solid routine.
I’ll do this routine everyday for every like 20 push ups, 20 squats, 1 minute plank (elbow, hand) I need motivation :(( Im 4 days in. No physical changes happened, but im becoming much more determined. They was right! Pain comes with pleasure! 2 weeks in and i see no difference but i longer and dont get exhausted easily. i dont know where im at right now but i look nothing like i did the firsy time i did this. the best thing is that my endurance got stronger! THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR SUPPORT!
This is very true. I am not super buff or anything but I work out everyday in the house and have maybe 5 exercises total that I do with no weights. People always ask me which gym I go to. If you are just trying to get fit and look fit, all you need is consistency, discipline and the right routine. Weights are not necessary.
I know you did this years ago. I saved it but wasn't in a place in my life to do this BUT NOW I'm ready to go and I like your way of approaching fitness for beginners! Makes total sense!!! Thank you
Wow for the people who disliked this shame on them. All this man does it keep it straight to the grain with everything he does. Thank you for the video 💯
I appreciate this because this is a man who started from a very difficult spot. It's more relatable when a man starts from the larger side imo because that's where I'm at. Not everybody was lucky had to start bulking from a skinny frame. It's harder to cut imo.
I'm a 19 year old kid, always chubby, but outwardly looked ok, just look uncomfortable with my appearance but starting from today imma try to draft up something with tips from this video. ey, wishing the best for anyone also doing this too. take it easy. and will reply in months to mark my progress ^^
I went from 310 to 229 journey not done yet but you were a big motivator also through this process. Showed me that I can do it just gotta work hard and grind🕖💸☕⭐💪💯🕒
Kyng Zeus how long did it take you? I started at 334.... And I feel like I'm over it. I don't see results? How long did it take you before you seen results? Thanks
THANK YOU! I've never heard anyone explain about finding a baseline and then setting a goal. Its normally just shoot for a goal and I've mostly failed with that. Now I feel confident that I may be able to finally advance. I know that bit of info might seem like common sense, but fora beginner it's definitely not...it's profound!
It’s 2021 bro. The way you speak is very encouraging. It’s not intimidating to try and fail. Thank you and I hope I wont get lazy. Im gonna leave my comment here so that everytime I go back to this video, I can see my determination in doing this right now.
I decided this evening to start these. I will do it every night. I can only do a set of 10 to begin. I am determined to get my weight down and get to the healthier me!
The hate is real mf's gave you over 2K dislikes and all you trying to do is help people lose weight at home. Excellent video great tips. I've been subbed to you for about 2yrs.
Probably do to the click bait thumbnail. 4 exercises to "Only 4 exercises needed to lose fat." Kinda very misleading. Truthfully no exercise is needed to lose wait its 90%diet. You can never out work out a bad diet. 10 minutes and I only heard one statement about diet mixed in with another sentence. Sure as a general workout for beginners the video is great. Thumbnail is just very misleading.
Tippy for breakfast, I’ve been having oats with lots of fruit, I’ve cut out fast food and sodas, and I’m mindful of portions when I do eat good foods because too much is never really good in my opinion
When i first started exercising, I was so out of shape that I could only do 5 pushups. And that sucked. For the first week. Then the second week it was easy, so the next week I went up to 10. And so on and so forth until I hit where I'm at now which is 60 pushups and situps 3 days a week. I've gotten a lot stronger and lost 30 pounds. I've got more weight to lose, but I am much better off than I used to be.
Hey, I'm an obese guy, 384lbs, I was over 400lbs at the beginning of this year. I began running in place at home and doing minor floor exercises and lost some weight but I want to do more. Im still struggling at about 105kg but was 155kg+ with slipped disks. Swimming made the change to get back basic movement Will be incorporating the row lift and planks into my routine on the path to sub 90kg Swimming 500m anyway i could... watched tutorials and found out i was swimming breast stroke all wrong... over time now have a technique that wouldnt disqualify me in a race. Its a much harder stroke than i thought. Now i swim 300m breast stroke as fast as i csn nearly every day and 50m freestyle. Walking 6km nearly every day. Trying to incorporate a littlr running into the walking. The hardest bit is getting off your ass and starting. Thanks for your inspiring video. You look great.

I’m 24 years old and I’m so fed up with being overweight, unhealthy and having really low self-esteem. I’m 5’8 and currently at 290. So as of today 06/12/20 I’m officially going to start my weight loss journey. Thank you for the tips.
We should keep in touch. I’m 280 5’5 and I need to lose 100 pounds.
Good luck to all of you
You can do it hun, all the best!!!
I love the fact that you take into account that not everyone might not be able to do these 100% on the first time.. You can see that you truly started where most of us are starting at. So smart!

Nates Way thanks man, we got this! One day at a time.
@Nates Way
Thanks man
Fuck yeah.
Finally someone offering advice that is realistic for people starting out. Thank you.

Exactly
Yes the progression steps are key!
Yea I love this brother been following him for 3 years he's a real testament

4:41 Push-ups
6:54 Row lift
7:41 Hand plank

The best trainers are those who have been overweight before and I haven't come across too many of them! I'm thankful to have found your channel tonight. Thank you!
Are you only thankful or you have started exercising as well matt 😋
I adamantly concur. They have more empathy and not the hubris I see in a lot of cocky trainers.
Tru dat....
Matt Stevens yes bcoz they know the emotional and physical struggle of losing lots of weight...

If youre reading this, to anyone not feeling like working out: Its too early, youre kind of hungry, "Youll do it tomorrow" STOP remember your goal, youre stronger than you know. PUSH IT
It's 3am tomorrow it is (〒﹏〒)
I love that he mentions simplicity. Thanks for this video :)

how long did it take you

How long did it took?
hey hey how long did it take to get you from that?
Been depressed for a good 3 yrs cause my girl left me went from weighing 175lb to now weighing around 280lb, I've been wanting to be healthy & get my life back together , but I haven't been motivated till recently when I decided to start, my motivation is there but the fear of not being able to reach my weight loss goal & failing has kept me from starting my weight loss journey. Then this morning I see this In recommended & it has motivated me to finally start. God is good & I am ready to do this.

Pushups is the most underrated exercise.
Before going out in the morning max out a pushup set. It takes less than 45seconds
Before you go to sleep, max out. It takes less than 45seconds.
You're in a rush? There's no way you cant spare 45seconds of your life
Jerry Aguilar - Word. How much would you recommend to do? Probably a dumb question but man, I’m just tryna better myself.
You wont break a sweat, you can be wearing jeans, whatever
Ofc when I'm at the gym I do higher reps and higher set
And yeah, my tricep and chest are a beauty, trust me when I say, it does work!
Jerry Aguilar - Sounds good, brother. I appreciate it. 🤙🏼

You should start a channel too, it will benefit people
fuck yeah I bought 4 products that spouses to help me to boost losing my weight I used them for 2 months then I've stopped them surprisingly I got the same result in following 2 months without using them. In short there is no magic pills it is all about food and workout which have to be supported my a strong mental goal.
My biggest problem ever is my nutrition. I have good workout habits but I barely drink water and I eat fast food alot . I dont over eat but I eat poor foods. I'm 6'2 260. I need help
@@outoftime417 You should drink a gallon per day, my guy.
It works I'm living proof even at 45 years old
I'm 44 years old
I've had a heart attack
I'm 6'1" and 303 lbs.

True
@@meghrajbansode267 You are right but the pure foods ancient people ate no longer exist and due to the rhythm of modern life we cannot live by ancient timetables.

yeah, body weight exercises with compound movements don't get near enough credit.

I decided this evening to start these. I will do it every night. I can only do a set of 10 to begin. I am determined to get my weight down and get to the healthier me!
The hate is real mf's gave you over 2K dislikes and all you trying to do is help people lose weight at home. Excellent video great tips. I've been subbed to you for about 2yrs.
ignore the dislikes, it's just the fat pigs that don't want to leave the couch...
With a lot of love, comes a lot of hate
@HeadingEast33 Exactly.. Instead focus on the positive. I see 146,000 likes the love is real.
Probably do to the click bait thumbnail. 4 exercises to "Only 4 exercises needed to lose fat."
Kinda very misleading. Truthfully no exercise is needed to lose wait its 90%diet. You can never out work out a bad diet. 10 minutes and I only heard one statement about diet mixed in with another sentence.
Sure as a general workout for beginners the video is great. Thumbnail is just very misleading.
@HeadingEast33 I saw the likes but the number of dislikes for someone genuinely trying to help others is mind boggling.
5’9 weighing in at 238 and I’m stressed out tryna lose 45lbs starting my detox tomorrow night wish me well 🙏🏾

Keep going ,well done,A journey of a thousand miles begins with one step =Lao Tzu

@@Itsonlyme11.11 well done,keep going
@@garethmorris299 thanks I will🙃
I like this guy I have been working out for more than 30 years and his advice is very solid I would tell someone the same thing
Starting weight: 245
Goal: 220
Finally a video that heavily explains form and a guy who genuinely wants to help people. Ill update y'all in a month.
Today is June 15 2020, I set a goal
To my self, do this for 30 days. I’ll check back in July 14 2020
Hows it going !
Can't wait to see how it's been going for you
How is it going?
I just got curious tbh
Two more days
I started with 50 each. And 45 seconds of plank. Works for me. Hoping to take it to the 100’s and 90 seconds plank.
I’m 16, 6’2, and 260 pounds, I’m doing whatever I can to get some of this weight off for my own well being
dont give up
Update?
Tippy It’s going slow but good. the biggest change I’ve made was for sure eating habits, and of course daily exercise
@@heddlestenphotography3189 what do you eat the most?
I started my journey in January I was at 290 now I’m at 249 still gotta keep going 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼
You're doing a great job, Moses! Keep going 💪🏾
Brix motivated me so much. I personally lost over 45 pounds this year! Been overweight for years. I documented the whole thing on my own channel.
Hey, I'm an obese guy, 384lbs, I was over 400lbs at the beginning of this year. I began running in place at home and doing minor floor exercises and lost some weight but I want to do more. I really appreciate you making this video and I'll definitely be watching it while doing my morning exercises tomorrow.
How are you now
Im still struggling at about 105kg but was 155kg+ with slipped disks.
Swimming made the change to get back basic movement
Will be incorporating the row lift and planks into my routine on the path to sub 90kg
Swimming 500m anyway i could... watched tutorials and found out i was swimming breast stroke all wrong... over time now have a technique that wouldnt disqualify me in a race.

I have always been over weight but I am at my heaviest right now. It’s getting hard to chase a two year old around while packing a 7mo old on my back. Wish me luck guys.🤞🏽
Good luck
Starting right now 11/7/20. I’m tired of being overweight. I’m gonna fix this
Everything going good?
I just started today and I’m dead but imma do it again tomorrow
💪🏾
Consistently is key, if any time you’re questioning yourself why you’re doing this visualize yourself at the end goal. Helped me loose almost 100lbs. Keep going you got this
How's it going?
