Hey, Arun! Thank you for the great videos you've been making for years now. I've been subscribed prior to you hitting 1M subs and just wanted to say that you deserve every single subscriber and view you have, as well as many more. I admire your hard work and dedication, you're my idol. I'm happy that you're taking care of your health. During the 3-month period, I set out a goal for myself, too. At the end of May, I was 90kgs and now I am 82.5, so I'm glad to say that I've achieved something. Stay healthy! And again, thank you for the awesome content you always make, I rarely comment but I watch every single one of your videos^^ ♥️
Best thing about this is that it's a 'regular dude' that you've seen doing vids for ever who has done it, and has been straight up about it just being 'sticking to the basics', it's not gimicky or trying to sell anything. Great vid and well done!
It’s a wealthy UA-camr that can afford a personal chef, top of the line fitness equipment, and a trainer. Most likely steroids and a 700 quid worth of T monthly. Don’t believe everything you see 😂
I have massive respect to Arun for even having the mind to attempt things like this. He’s the type of guy that would work harder than ever to achieve his goals. Well done!!

I've recently started hitting the gym and found eating healthy to be somewhat of a hurdle. This video really came out at the time I needed it. That first 5 days being the hardest really resonated with me as by day 3 I fall into eating badly which limits results. Hoping my 100 day transformation can be half as successful as yours is mate.
@@MZRFaith If you just want to lose weight than yes, you dont really need the gym, but if you want to gain muscle, just eating healthy won't be enough.
I am so grateful for this transformation challenge that you put up Arun, I joined in this challenge with you, My aim was to become fitter and work harder and I haven't really accomplished the goals which I had in mind, but I've definitely made a lot of improvement, I've been working out for 3 -4 days every week now, I've been drinking more water and I also was studying more, Before this challenge, I got 58% in my 11th grade now in the Midterm exam of my 12th grade I scored 66%, It's not amazing but this challenge really helped me to do better. Now I have realized that self-improvement is not a destination its a Journey and a very enjoyable one, I really thank God for letting me come across this video, you really inspired me to change
LOL, your last statement is a bit contradictory. You reach a destination VIA A JOURNEY, i.e. it ends, i.e. at your destination. Don't consider habits as "journeys", they will end.

I am not there yet but i am getting stronger every day and i plan to stick to this lifestyle now Thank you Arun! You are an amazing human
keep going brother, we’re all in this together! You will thank yourself for every single day that you worked out in the future. You will achieve your goals!
I've been fed up of looking at all these great transformation videos where they don't fully explain the process. You explained everything you went through which is very inspiring to me. I'll start my journey from today. Its gonna be day 1 🙌🏽🙌🏽
One thing to note: you don’t need to do anything this extreme. So many diets and exercise plans fail because they’re too hard and people quit. You can start slow, or make minor changes that you do for longer periods of time. Simple things like walking more, cutting out added sugars, and sleeping can be really helpful. But if you can get yourself to keep with it, then this video is great. It’s not a competition, do what’s best for you
This video IS advocating for those small changes though. He was cutting out some stuff, walking a bit more, and meditating. His workout regimen didn’t seem crazy intense either, considering what he shows and how he didn’t really talk about it. This doesn’t even really seem like a workout ‘plan’ just him making small incremental lifestyle changes, which is the way to go
Lol it wasn't extreme as he nailed all the spots to achieving this. he didnt deprive himself of food just smaller portions and able to sleep almost 8hrs a day from 4 hrs which is very important in reducing stress and live healthy, it was only the exercise that he changed more which isnt extreme as other men exercising. Get a grip and !
Okay I've watched time guy for over 4+ years and he's always been my inspiration, but this is going to be my motivation to become healthier than I've ever been! I have to say thank you for all the inspiration you've given me, and I truly mean that from the bottom of my heart.
We tend to have an all or nothing attitude in life. I like your mindset when it came to you not being able to follow your routine when travelling. Even though you were forced to eat out, you chose the healthier options. You didnt accept defeat. And even if we are defeated once, doesnt mean that is our lot now.
"Meditating while working" is the tip that makes this whole video worth it. For some reason it took me too long to figure out I could do that, too. You don't have to put aside time for it like a ritual prayer. In fact I've found that method is by far the best for me. When you hit any sort of wall, even just 5 minutes of proper meditation before you continue feels like you just refreshed yourself back to your morning peak. Other than that, thank you for keeping this simple and honest and not taking the opportunity to hawk supplements or other quackery.
This is great advice to tell your boss. I am not sleeping at work I am meditating I just have to do with my eye shut to be effective, see there a study in the New England Medical Journal. I appreciate the suggestion.
I'm so grateful you did this transformation challenge. I really think this will help you in the long term. No matter what we will always be here for you ♥
I'm on a weight loss journey myself and I recently started getting back into it seriously and I wasn't really feeling up to it today and then I see this video and I'm just like, "wow," it was so motivating. I really appreciate you for sharing this.
First thing you should do is stop calling it a "journey", becasue those have an end. Just call it a lifestyle change, as that way you don't have to worry about the "end", as there isn't one.
I was 53 when i had my stroke, working long hours and driving all around the UK, juk food and very few liquids, now at 62 and after covid eating better drinking plenty of water and walking 4 miles a day that take me 1.5 miles and that's as quick I can, everything you said is spot on.
I watched the "my health is starting to suffer" video when it came out, and it changed my life. It motivated me to start training. When i started, my weight was at an staggering 86kg, and i am only 13 years old. I do have to say that i am 180 cm tall, but 86kg is still way to much. Now, i weigh 76kg, and only over a couple of months, ive lost 10kg. I have also been working on my streanght since i started, and i do see improvements, both in strenth and size. I also feel way more awake, and i am no longer addicted to playing videogames. Thank you so much for insipring me to do this, youve changed my life.
You have done incredibly well! I made the promise to get back into the swing of things on UA-cam. Not exactly where I want to be, but doing a LOT better. Thanks for doing this 😀
This is an amazing rough guide to get people started on their own journeys, as well as an effective edu-tainment video! To be honest, I think the skill behind the scenes to make these videos, the planning and practice, ect all go very underrated. Great video as usual, and good luck to anyone on a transformation right now!
Congrats on the body/mind upgrade. I'm a few years ahead of you in the 40's dad-bod stakes and also got a standing desk recently - I'm not really in the habit of using it, certainly not daily, but after seeing the results of a combined method of restraint, relax, rehydrate as well as copious amounts of exercise I'm seriously getting to the point where I stop regretting my loss of a cyclist's physique and actually start doing something constructive and sustaining that change. Thank you not only for displaying the possibilities, but also clearly showing that it's not about magic pills, potions and shakes but making changes and a lot of physical effort.
Arun, you're such an inspiration to someone like me who gained 20kgs this pandemic, and want to get back in shape. I went from normal to obese in a few months. Now this is the motivation I need. I may not loose as much weight as you did in that amount of time, but surely made me want to do my best at it. Thank you.
When I see people so busy like you committing and succeeding to a weight loss transformation people should take notes and realise that they can do this too well done👏
Thank you Arun. I didn’t try this transformation with you but I found myself the last 4 months just feeling plain better. It’s quite a bit of shame I didn’t do it with you but it doesn’t matter when I do it, just do it. This is awesome!
Let's take a moment to be proud of how thorough and intentional this transformation was. All the measurements side of things is definitely an underrated aspect of this journey
I’m so proud of you for doing this! The same day you started this challenge, I signed up for a gym and started working out. I changed my daily eating habits, food intake, sleeping, and my thoughts to get my body to change, and my goodness has it been wonderful!!! Thank you for setting up this challenge!! It got me to be healthier and take care of myself, too!
You look fantastic mate well done. You can’t buy that feeling of inner confidence, makes a huge difference on all aspects of life. Keep it up, take it to the next level 🤙
I have also started my transformation from 85.6 to rn 84 it feels great , still going strong , it's barely been 14 days , one thing I learned is that even without exercise( my exams are going rn) just by avoiding all fatty , high carb food and sticking to just clean foods is so much better.
I began my transformation the day you did and I'm very grateful with the results and I plan on to continue. I'm only 15 right now and I plan on being consistent for the rest of my life. Thanks for the inspiration, Arun.
I can't believe it's been 100 days since you started this amazing goal🎆. Those results are ab-solublely extraordinary Arun! You had no idea how much of an impact this challenge was for other people's lives as well. And the fact that you cramped an 100 day transformation into a 12 min video is just as extreme! 💪Hope you will keep on doing and setting greater goals.
I'm proud of you man, I'm in a similar situation as your previous version of you, and seeing your transformation gives me motivation to start changing my life style. Thanks for sharing your experience!
What's the best thing about Arun? Authenticity and honesty in all his videos. Thank you for sharing this very experience with us in all honesty. This is 100x better and relatable compared to the sensationalized transformation videos which don't talk about the not so glamorous part of the journey.
Seeing you going through this, inspired me to restart my training again. One time ago my abs were starting to form till life happens and I just threw it away. Seeing you going through this 100 day challenge inspired me even more since now two days ago I am getting back into working out and looking at ways to improve. Thank you! Stay bless.
This was so well put together and I could definitely tell the amount of effort it took for you to get to this level. So inspirational for someone like me who's also in the same boat!
I clearly remember the day Arun embarked on this journey, ahhh it feels like it was just yesterday. I joined Arun on this weight loss journey. It wasn't easy but I'm happy to announce that I have lost 10kg so far. It's not much but I'm definitely loving it. And yes, I've made a lot of changes, I added intermittent fasting and I still do it. Cheers Arun🥂
Thanks for sharing! It's an inspiration to see your changes. I'm a little older than you (probably about double) hopefully I can finally start a workout and sleep regimen to get my health emotionally and physically back in order! Wish me luck! And good on you, you look great and sound more relaxed. Keep up the great work!
damm, for 2 years i was hurting myself by gaining more and more weight from my frankly mortifying lifestyle and i decided to try challenge myself the same time you did, i did not get the same results and i'm still unhappy, but seeing such an incredible development in you, knowing that everyday i've done this to myself, it motivates me a lot, if i ever feel any pain whilst doing exercise i have to remind myself its my own fault alone and that actions have consequences and i have to deal with them, i've got a fun little challenge, on boxing day i go to my cousins house and obviously i want to have changed myself a lot since then, since its September today i have the rest of this month, october november and december untill boxing day to try my absolute very best, i already failed once and i cant do it again, if i do then what even is the point
Do you have a gym membership? I think really the easiest way to get in shape is lifting weights. Building muscles takes a lot of energy. A gym ensures you do it regularly and don't half ass it. Eating more meats and fats should help satisfy you and avoid excess sugars, seed oils and processed foods. Will ensure you build muscle instead of fat.
Admired for your efforts in maintaining a lifestyle pattern. Your transformation in 100 days is a splendid effort, it is certainly a day of torture for those who are "forced" to do it.
I started my transformation about 2 years ago at a very slow pace. A month ago I decided to turn up the intensity. Your video has given me some great ideas on what to incorporate aside from my exercise programs. I also started vlogging my results a month ago.
Really glad that you have made so much progress. I decided to follow in your footsteps and make changes but fell back into my old patterns after 2 months. I hope to reach your levels of progress and more someday so I'll keep trying. Thanks for being a source of inspiration on top of being a great source of info on tech.
I got a cold and stopped going to the gym for a couple of days, but ended up not going back at all. I wasn't doing well either way. Didn't fix my sleep or my diet.
put your goals out there online/freinds/familie/nabors / work , makes it more acounteble for you , insted of just a goal you tell your self, witch can be defetet by looking at one bigmac burger.
proud of you broski! I was at the same place as you last year, I made the same decision and transformed, I'm both mentally and physically happy. Glad for you
Aaron I used to do everything you've talked about doing in your 100 day challenge and had very similar physical, psychological and emotional changes and benefits. everything went out of the window about five years ago and for the first time in my life I'm in such bad shape and feeling horrible. You've really inspired me to get back to how I used to be and you've reminded me about how nothing good comes to a bad situation without making changes, perservering and pushing through the parts you find challenging and in some cases the parts you really don't enjoy. thank you for reminding me how good my life can be if I follow a simple routine.
I remember watching your promise video before you started and thought to myself it's always easy to take the step but the challenge is maintaining it and not giving up after the first week or 2. And without a personal trainer, it's you vs you. I am inspired by your results! it is incredible! well done!
Just from the thumbnail I can tell how much progress you made! Congratulations Arun! and I have massive respect to Arun for even having the mind to attempt things like this. He’s the type of guy that would work harder than ever to achieve his goals. Well done!! and last but not least He makes everything so interesting, he just makes everything the most entertaining and brings stuff to our eyes that we didn’t know.
you're one of my favorite UA-camrs your sense of humor and the fact that you cover phones and tech the way it should be covered not the way that the manufacturers want you to but an honest look at their tech I appreciate that. this video is also encouraging to me because I'm on my own transformation I've had a lot of surgeries meaning six or seven in the year of 2022. I've lost a massive amount of muscle now my transformation is to get it back and I will you encourage me. I hope to soon start my tech channel I've been trying to start it for a long time but had a lot of setbacks
At 4:51, I do not recommend shifting away from carbs. All meals need a carb base such as fish and chips or rice and curry, yes carbs can turn into fat but if used correctly they provide energy and others. Carbs are essential but you need to not have to little or to much.
This is great stuff, thanks for posting! I really like your fitness journey. I was wondering if you could answer a question for me. Have you ever used any of these custom meal plan tools? I got one from Next Level Diet to help me build muscle and I actually like their plans. Was just wondering if you've heard of or tried any of them yourself. Thank you!
@@Just_Being_Honest There was no workout. I think Mewzi meant lifestyle changes. If you are looking for a workout then I recommend AthleanX here on UA-cam. Truly a phenomenal channel.

I also started my transformation with you. I was very thin, i am proud to announce that i have gained weight from 58 to 65kg and have put on a lot of muscle as well. Also doubled my strength.
I like this guy, and his content. It's always interesting, educational and fun. And well edited! He clearly likes face tracking the text in this one, but it looks really neat! 😅 Nice transformation for sure, as well. Well done! 🏆
Wow! This really motivated me because I have been gaining weight slowly (around 3-4 kilos) in the last few months and I just wasn't motivated to work out at all but your video helped motivating me so I do more workouts and I already feel much better thanks to you!
Fitness requires lifestyle changes not aggressive challenges that make 10 pushups feel like a homework assignment. I lost 109 pounds the year after college by adjusting my diet and fitting fitness into my schedule. Small changes like no sugar in coffee, doing kettlebell squats while watching TV etc.

I think especially the part about not being able to control everything is something that isn’t talked about enough. Great vid!
Arun, you're such an inspiration to someone like me who gained 20kgs this pandemic, and want to get back in shape. I went from normal to obese in a few months.
Now this is the motivation I need. I may not loose as much weight as you did in that amount of time, but surely made me want to do my best at it. Thank you.

damm, for 2 years i was hurting myself by gaining more and more weight from my frankly mortifying lifestyle and i decided to try challenge myself the same time you did, i did not get the same results and i'm still unhappy, but seeing such an incredible development in you, knowing that everyday i've done this to myself, it motivates me a lot, if i ever feel any pain whilst doing exercise i have to remind myself its my own fault alone and that actions have consequences and i have to deal with them, i've got a fun little challenge, on boxing day i go to my cousins house and obviously i want to have changed myself a lot since then, since its September today i have the rest of this month, october november and december untill boxing day to try my absolute very best, i already failed once and i cant do it again, if i do then what even is the point
Proud of you king
Bro keep on trying never give up on your fitness dream !
For the motivation part, Anime is very helpful

I started my transformation about 2 years ago at a very slow pace. A month ago I decided to turn up the intensity. Your video has given me some great ideas on what to incorporate aside from my exercise programs. I also started vlogging my results a month ago.
Really glad that you have made so much progress. I decided to follow in your footsteps and make changes but fell back into my old patterns after 2 months. I hope to reach your levels of progress and more someday so I'll keep trying.

you're one of my favorite UA-camrs your sense of humor and the fact that you cover phones and tech the way it should be covered not the way that the manufacturers want you to but an honest look at their tech I appreciate that. this video is also encouraging to me because I'm on my own transformation I've had a lot of surgeries meaning six or seven in the year of 2022.
Thank you!
