    Definitely burned calories. Love these short calorie burning ab workouts as an add on to a regular HIIT. Gotta start doing the longer ones!

    Thank you for this incredible workout! I needed a challenging, but fun, Pilates class this morning. I am working on restoring my childhood ability to do the splits, so this is perfect! Yes, I did a second circuit and now feel energized! 😊

    Can you please make a standing pilates workout? I can’t do your workouts anymore since I have a very tight space now - 3 feet by 3 feet. I love your workouts.

      I have a few (dance based) standing workouts in my collection of videos...Pilates is traditionally a horizontal form of working out! 👍🏼💖🥰
