    I'm an ex-dancer with really bad injuries in my hips and upper-back, to the point where my shoulders used to shake just doing a downward dog. I've been doing these since December and the amount of strength and flexibility I've gained shocked me. At the end I was able to do the plank splits with no problem even though I thought I was going to fall. Thank you for these workouts and helping me recover from my injuries!

    Dear Desiree, I want to thank you so much as always and tell you something. your channel name "Dansique" - Dancer Physique really works!!! : I started following you and doing your workouts around when the corona started and you have been my inspiration to try and achieve dancer looklike body. (i've never been a dancer). now after 2.5 years or so I started also going to reformer pilates classes and personal training and they both asked me if I am a dancer or if i was a dancer (of course i still have a lot to work on but... still it was so wonderful to be asked that from two different trainors) 😍 so thank you Desiree from all my heart 💖

    Approached this with tribulations as I was full if lactose acid in that area from a horse ride less than 48 hrs before....Wow, this is the best split workout ever, and if by magic the lactose acid is receding fast. Thank you, best ever instructor and motivator❤️❤️❤️

    Another perfect workout! This was ideal to do after my snowy and cold 3 mile walk this morning. The seated scissors was super challenging for me. My new goal is to be able to do it with my palms off the floor!! Thanks so much for sharing, Desiree!!!🤗🥰

    I loved it !!!!! Although I did struggle with the standing legs shifts and that last one is sooo hard for me ! My lower back is still soooo stiff ! But I’ll definitely come back regularly to that one too ❤❤❤😂😂😂😂😂❤❤❤❤❤

    I do have one question--I have a history of my hips popping a lot when doing fan or helicopter movements. Is there any way to strengthen my hips more, so that they don't do that? Thank you!
