I'm an ex-dancer with really bad injuries in my hips and upper-back, to the point where my shoulders used to shake just doing a downward dog. I've been doing these since December and the amount of strength and flexibility I've gained shocked me. At the end I was able to do the plank splits with no problem even though I thought I was going to fall. Thank you for these workouts and helping me recover from my injuries!

Dear Desiree, I want to thank you so much as always and tell you something. your channel name "Dansique" - Dancer Physique really works!!! : I started following you and doing your workouts around when the corona started and you have been my inspiration to try and achieve dancer looklike body. Approached this with tribulations as I was full if lactose acid in that area from a horse ride less than 48 hrs before....Wow, this is the best split workout ever, and if by magic the lactose acid is receding fast. Thank you, best ever instructor and motivator❤️❤️❤️

I do have one question--I have a history of my hips popping a lot when doing fan or helicopter movements. Is there any way to strengthen my hips more, so that they don't do that? Thank you!
I’m so glad you’re enjoying my workouts. 💖💖💖 As far as the hip popping thing goes, mine do too! My body is always snapping crackling and popping…as long as it doesn’t cause you any sharp pain, I wouldn’t worry about it. 🤗🤗🤗
