    I felt so energized by your relaxing 30 minute class that I decided to take this class, too. This one I have not taken before. How misleading it can be to think “Ooh, only ten minutes. How hard can it be?” Well… let me tell you! It left me sweating and out of breath but I loved it! Thank you, dear Desirée 😘!

    I started you summer slimdown challenge yesterday actually i was supposed to do the 2nd day but i didn't have a time today so i decided to do the 3rd day and i will be doing the 2nd day tomorrow. It was 10 minute but i felt it .
    I was busy with college ,life that i had no time for myself (that's what i thought). I was having backpain and i thought that i gained weight but i didn't weight myself or take an action but when Iwent to shopping with my sister few days ago i tried few clothes and realized that i really gained weight.I was looking for something that is not hard and i found your chanel and decided to do this challenge since the videos were not really long.I hope i can lose those extra weight while getting the body i want ,it my take long but i want to make it a life style .And Thank you so much for sharing your videos with us 💖

    OMG that was killer. I have not grunted in ANY pilates class in over 9 years. Now that was after my cardio and body weight exercise. Loved it!

    This is AMAZING. I love how controlled each move is! Most ab workouts move way too fast for me, and this is just the perfect speed

    This is great! I am already on the 4th consecutive day and target the 28 day challenge. Super motivating and love you combining ballet posture with Pilates. Very helpful that you are recording instructions separately from the exercise. Easier to follow you. Thank you!

      Dansique Fitness for some reason this felt pretty hard, I had to do modifications which I usually don’t do. I will give it another chance some time and see if it was just today 😅

      H Don’t worry...it WAS hard! Even I find my workouts challenging sometimes. But it’s okay. I like to create workouts that you can come back to multiple times...that way you can really see/feel the improvement over time! It will get easier...and you will get stronger! Keep at it. It’s not about doing each workout perfectly...it’s about finding the time & energy to do something amazing for yourself! Don’t beat yourself up. Stay committed, focused, and consistent. Xo 💪🏼😘💗🤗💜

    Is it okay if it pains in neck while doing certain exercise!? I have lose lower tummy after babies and struggling with obesity for long time. Though I have lost almost 15 kgs. But my mid section is still heavy.
