I was noticing that most of the ladies that wanted to lose weight were doing all sorts of workouts but didn't see them getting any smaller! They were complaining that they weren't losing weight. Day 22. Love this short HIIT for the abs. Actually, I felt the entire core working. 🔥 Great combo with the stretch and tone workout. Day 21 yesterday was amazing as well, ballates is an all time favourite and the split HIIT was a nice surprise of a quick but complete workout. 💕💪🏻💕

on the starfish one i have a hard time keeping my legs straight and reaching my ankles. is it better to bend your leg slightly to be able to touch your ankles, or keep your legs as straight as possible and touch somewhere higher up on your leg? thanks for you great workouts!!
Great question...I think it will be more beneficial for you to strive to straighten your legs fully and just tap your knees or shins (or wherever you can reach comfortably). This will stretch out your hamstrings and overtime your hands will get closer and closer to your feet with straight legs! 💖🥰💪🏼

When your shoulders are UP by your ears that’s bad…so by pushing your shoulders DOWN you are creating more space (or distance) between your shoulders and ears…that’s what we want! 👍🏼
