    All muscle exercises can be performed by both sexes since many scientific studies have demonstrated that there are no substantial anatomical differences between men and women.
    4 Min Ab workout for women are only a "variant" of 8 Min Abs workout, and as you can see it's performed by women trainer ( Belen ;-) But everybody can use it exact like 8 min......
    Anyway don't worry, next week we will relase also 4 Min performed by a man trainer and also 8 min abs performed by a women..

    Perform this workout every second day (e.g. Mon-Wed-Fri) for at least two weeks. Then you'll be ready to perform the next level of this workout.

    I just don't understand why everyone here says why is this workout for women, that women can handle the men workout. I'm sooo glad that you posted this workout. It's so good, it's not so difficult which makes me do it every day and I can already feel the change. Once I did the men workout, my muscles were so sore I wasn't able to excercise for a few days. Just thank you!! It's amazing! Thank you for thinking of not so strong people.

    I'm 62. I have osteo and rheumatoid arthritis and fibromyalgia. THIS PRACTICE WAS VERY HELPFUL!!! THANKS!!!

    You can use a cable machine and do woodchopping exercise. Depending on whether you have handle situated at top or bottom of the machine determines if you work the upper or lower abs.

    thank you guys, can I please ask you that I can only do 4 min , thsi one,, and should I do it everyday right and after how many days or weeks I should be able to o the 8 min , and also how long it takes to seea result , I know resylut variue from ppls ,, thank you for your time , and for your videos - they are great God bless you guys

    I think the 8 min workout is actually better suited for women than for men, since (most) women are looking to build a tiny bit of lean muscle, but also want to burn calories and get those nice tv abs, and most men are looking to build huge amounts of mass. I wouldn't recommend the 8 min workout for the mass building, but for burning calories and getting tighter abs it'll work just fine.

    Lot of women out there find it hard to find the time to squeeze in a ab workout. This short 4 minute workout would be great for them.

    This is just the version for lazy people. I suggest the normal 8 mins abs workout for both gender. This workout is not tuff enough to change your body !

    Muscle building not so good for women because that can cause the woman cannot pregnant so if you(women) want to reduce your weight me suggest you to take the fat burner supplement
