I just don't understand why everyone here says why is this workout for women, that women can handle the men workout. I'm sooo glad that you posted this workout. It's so good, it's not so difficult which makes me do it every day and I can already feel the change. Once I did the men workout, my muscles were so sore I wasn't able to excercise for a few days. You can use a cable machine and do woodchopping exercise. Depending on whether you have handle situated at top or bottom of the machine determines if you work the upper or lower abs.
