ℹ️ HOW THIS ABS WORKOUT WORKS
    1. Working aerobically on your abdominal muscles for over 7 minutes stimulates the capillaries in this area. These in turn increase the blood flow.
    2. A greater blood flow means a greater flow of oxygen - and fat only burns in the presence of oxygen.
    3. Toned ab muscles need more calories (kcal) to stay active. Our organism tends to release these calories from the area near the active muscles. So it burns fat in that area.
📋 HOW TO USE THIS ABS WORKOUT AND GET PERFECT SIX PACK
    1. This abs routine is designed to work the abdominal area 'aerobically'. Performing it straight after an aerobic workout (e.g.: running, spinning, swimming or other aerobic activities) will improve the positive effect.
    2. Learn the instructions for each ab exercise of this abs workout. Ensure you perform exercises properly to get perfect six pack.
    3. Pay attention on the correct breathing while performing the abs exercises. It is very important and will help you achieve the best results possible.

If you neck hurts after, like it's tensed to hell and back, I made this mistake too, it's a bad form, do not look forward, this will cause this. Make sure you look upward while doing these. You will feel much more relaxed during and your neck will not bother you afterwards at all. Like this for everyone to see!

    READ BEFORE DOING THIS EXERCISE!
I want everybody to know that this exercise will give you a six pack if you are ALREADY lean and you ALREADY have some abs showing. I did this exercise for 30 days straight.. I'm a relatively stocky dude I have some love handles and due to the small amount of fat on my stomach I didn't get a six pack. The end results were I noticed my abs were coming out a little more and they definitely strengthened.
    --
    Starting:
I've been doing this exercise a few times a week for around a month and noticed a small improvement in abs. This workout is pretty intense at first but if you do it everyday it gets easier and easier. I've started doing this everyday since the 8th and will keep it going for 30 days will update my progress. I can assure you that doing this will in fact strengthen your abs.
Day 10: It was pretty annoying/difficult the first few days but I found after doing it over and over again not only does it get easier, it gets more enjoyable. I haven't noticed any substantial changes.
Day 30: From looking at pictures from when I started you can clearly see my abs but no six pack. Doing this everyday made me feel pretty good knowing I was taking a step forward for my physique. I would recommend this for lean people looking for a six pack or for people who want to strengthen their abs.

I'm just getting back to exercise after years off owing to injury and mental health issues and addiction. I did 60 push ups yesterday and my arms and shoulders feel done in as well as my chest.
But I'm determined to do at least some exercise everyday and improve everyday.

    • @Steven-ze2zk
      @Steven-ze2zk Рік тому

@@brzilla1235 Here's the story so far. When I wrote this comment I was on day two of my exercise routine. At that stage it consisted of push ups and sit ups. I quickly achieved and surpassed 100 push ups per day. Within a few weeks this ab routine was finished although the last exercise was never completed properly. My form was bad. I kept holding my legs and pausing slightly at the top of each rep. I lost a substantial amount of belly fat during these few weeks of exercise though and I had just begun a weight training routine. I was almost at the stage where this ab routine would be completed without error.
All in all, I was making good progress and I could see development in my body. Then insomnia hit. And it hit hard. I suddenly experienced the worst bout of insomnia I've ever had. It lasted for at least ten days and during this time I did no exercise at all. At my worst I was sleeping for just one hour at most during the day. The stress was so bad. All of this sickness wreaked havoc with my appearance. I have gained all of my belly fat back and I have bags under my eyes and lines on my face over this. My brain seems to have changed from taking 8 hours of sleep down to around 6 hours (although I am pleased that my sleep occurs at night plus I fall asleep pretty quickly.) This leaves me with eye bags and I never wake up feeling fully rested. I'm hoping to get back to where I was before. I need my beauty sleep!
Yesterday I tried to get back to it. I did this routine but I only made it up to exercise three before my head went and I stopped. Today I will try my hardest to get through a relatively easy weight training session and I will once again attack this ab routine.
My insomnia is over and my excuses are non existent. It's time to get back to work. I'll keep you posted if you're interested.

For people who are just getting into fitness, you can’t get abs from doing ab workouts. Ab workouts are only to strengthen your abs, you get visible abs by burning fat. To burn fat you either do a shit ton of cardio and eat healthy to lean down or you diet super hard while working out regularly. In my opinion, cardio is the better option but whatever you prefer. Once you get to a low enough body fat percentage, you’ll have visible abs. Doing core workouts will make your abs more noticeable if you have a low enough body fat percentage to see your abs already but if your body fat percentage is too high, you’ll never be able to see your abs no matter how much core work you do.

I do 50 reps of the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 5th exercise. (Was locked up and vaguely remembered those and struggled to do the the 4th one).
Is that better or would I be better off doing the whole video and dropping my reps down to 30?

I can honestly say it WORKS. I have spent the last 4 weeks trying to do it and I've done it!!! It won't give you a six pack but it helps so so so much and you'll get near a six pack, LIKE that so people see and for my hard work! Onto level 2, here I go!!!

I'm 14 and i'm doing those workouts for whole quarantine isolation (like 2 and half month). Everyday, no day loss.
All i can say is that if you are determined to get your sexy abs, you actually get them from fhose workouts, it's easy, short and works 200% percent.
As for me, 1st month was pretty challenging and i really saw the big difference from my old body. Next days, it becomes easier and easier and i reccomend to do 2reps of them (if u can) . So, good luck guys, hope beaches will open this year.

Guys! I tried this 2 year back and within months I got 4 packs, but... I had stopped because it took a longer time for six packs if I didn't stopped this workout I would have got 6 packs!
I'm again starting this workout! I hope you don't do the same mistake just like me!
And this workout is really good, if you do it properly u will get six packs within months

doing this twice everyday for 30 days, again:
day 1 ✅ very difficult as I haven’t been working out for a couple months at least, and have let my diet go, but it was definitely rewarding.
