It works guys. I have been doin this workout twice with the 7 min drop a dress , 7 min muffin and 7 min famous belly workout for 20 days and i can clearly feel my arms less fatty and toned. Arms were never my main concern but i did it and felt the change..

I have a disability called "postural orthostatic tachycardia" my doctors told me that if I got into shape the "POTS" symptoms may subside! I have gone from only 1 minute of movement reclining to being able to stand for 4 minutes to do your workouts. Thank you for the seated HIIT workouts and these short videos allowing me to get great results despite my health issues.
No matter how many times I do this exercise routine, the arm circles kill my shoulders!😂😂 However, I absolutely love this arm workout! So much better than doing weights and push ups!
I think it's supposed to kill your shoulders ^_^ You're working so many different muscles and personally I want definition between them so my arms are tight, toned and still feminine as a mother!
Hi Lucy! Loving all your workouts! My mum has very limited mobility in her lower body due to having her hip replaced last year. So this work out is perfect! She needs to get some weight off in time for another hip operation next year, would you consider doing a mini series of effective exercise for people with limited mobility?

Hi Lucy, I've just started a workout regime at home thanks to your videos, I'm doing both the 3min and 4min arm workout, the 5min thigh and butt workout, the 2 min bust lift and last but not least the 3 min ab workout, I've recently lost over 4 st so I've alot of toning to do, loving working out with you, been at it 2 days now and I can feel it! looking forward to the end result 😀 thanks, oh did I say, I'm 51 years young 😂😂
Iqra Khan thought so... I think the problem is if there is fat on your arms you can't tone them, you gotta first loose the fat doing cardio and then add in the excercises to tone up the visible muscle

I started this workout today and will be updating you all every day! 😁 Initial arm measurement- 29cm. DAY 1- I felt good after doing it, a lil burn but not very difficult. DAY 2- Today was more difficult, I combined this workout with her 3 minute at workout and the burn was gooood. Highly recommended. DAY 3- The workout was really good. I combined it with Gabrielle Whited's armpit fat workout and I loved it. I feel that there is a difference coming along.

I am a mother and in my 40's, for reference. I must say, you wouldn't think doing weight free exercise would work you out, but WOW.. my arms are burning after doing these two. Okay, here is my question. If I do these every single day, while still feeling challenged, will I start to see some improvements in my arm definition? As I said earlier, I only started about a week ago. I love what you have created here Lucy. Some people can't just jump into 10 pound weights without the risk of injuring oneself. Thank you for helping me with working out. It is because you show how you can work out without gym equipment and most of all with a four minute workout that is completely doable. It is not overwhelming as well as easy for beginners. Please do not stop. I need these videos in my life. On a side note I would love some cardio that does not include jumping as I can not jump due to ankle injury. Love you.

I tried this before for 3 weeks..was really happy happy about it..and also done the belly workout and oh my gosh my clothes that can't fit are loose. I used to be proud of my lovely toned arms but getting older means they don't stay that way, i swim daily aswel and for some reason my arms were getting worse...odd ! I've been doing this for almost two weeks, along other Lucy's workouts and hip hop classes. My body type is quite weird, I tend to storage tons of fat (specially legs and arms) but at the same time, I build muscle really easy and fast. I didn't measure myself, but what I've noticed is that my muscles are showing more and the days when I don't over eat, I can start noticing some abs definition. I'll continue with this until I get slim arms 💪 Thanks for creating a fast and easy arm workout where I don't need to lift any weights. I want to slim and tone my arms, not bulking them, this seems perfect for reaching this goal :)

I have been doing this arm workout every day for a week and I already see results. I lost .5 inches in my bicep area and I see some definition there already! It works!

@@CoyoteCrossingSanctuary A corset doesn't do that either. Corsets are actually perfectly safe to use and wear regularly; it squishing or re-arranging your organs is a myth. You'd only run into those problems if you were doing extreme tight lacing.

I like this workout, but it would be nice if there was some comment as to how you should be standing while doing them. Feet together, legs apart, knees slightly bent, legs straight. etc. It is obvious for some of the exercises that you are leaning forward, but no instruction on doing that. Since we can't see your legs during this you just kind of wing it. I know the focus is on the arms, but just a quick comment on how to be standing during it would be nice. Thanks for the video.

Yes this works. I do it everyday 2 times a day and all the fats in my arms have gone away. I can wear sleeveless now.

I love this one, Lucy! I wasn't feeling well yesterday so I took another day off. Today I did the supertrooper workout as well as this!
I've been doing this for almost two weeks, along other Lucy's workouts and hip hop classes.
My body type is quite weird, I tend to storage tons of fat (specially legs and arms) but at the same time, I build muscle really easy and fast.
I didn't measure myself, but what I've noticed is that my muscles are showing more and the days when I don't over eat, I can start noticing some abs definition. I'll continue with this until I get slim arms 💪
Thanks for creating a fast and easy arm workout where I don't need to lift any weights.
I want to slim and tone my arms, not bulking them, this seems perfect for reaching this goal :)

@@isma1079 A little bit, I still have thick arms (more toned now tho) because I have been inconsistent and eating junk food, but when I was more consistent, I did lose around 1-2 cm

I have been doing this arm workout every day for a week and I already see results. I lost .5 inches in my bicep area and I see some definition there already! It works!

A corset does that not a properly fitted waist trainer. Very different...
@@CoyoteCrossingSanctuary A corset doesn't do that either. Corsets are actually perfectly safe to use and wear regularly; it squishing or re-arranging your organs is a myth. You'd only run into those problems if you were doing extreme tight lacing.

I like this workout, but it would be nice if there was some comment as to how you should be standing while doing them. Feet together, legs apart, knees slightly bent, legs straight. etc. It is obvious for some of the exercises that you are leaning forward, but no instruction on doing that. Since we can't see your legs during this you just kind of wing it. I know the focus is on the arms, but just a quick comment on how to be standing during it would be nice. Thanks for the video.
