    This training is really simple, but it's very hard to move for me!!

      +fukazawa takahiro I'm not sure but ,if anyone else wants to discover best workout for flat stomach try Zamartar Simple Belly Remedy (just google it ) ? Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my colleague got amazing success with it.

    This is crazy.. At first i thought it wont help but by the end of these exercises my stomach started buring like hell... 🔥 🔥

      Same I just did it. 4 minutes is not very long so I was thinking, "Oh probably going to be a low key little work out."
      Umm.. don't let "that little 4 minute ab work" fool ya.

    This really helps it has an effect I am doing it every day in the morning after I had my breakfast and it has an effect, but when you are with your grandma and grandpa it's kinda difficult.

    I am a 12 year old girl that does this every day and tells you that it has an effect. If you want it to work better don't eat a lot of sweets and don't eat chips. So far I have lost 2 kilo from 51kilo to 49 kilo and now I am even 48.900

    i do this 2 days a week so far iv done 12 days 🙌 aint seen a change yet and i eat small amounts of food now

    I believe that this would be helpful once you eat right and do it often. being fit won't happen in a day it takes time and perseverance.

    To build six pack abs or flat stomach, it is not only how difficult the workout routines you take, it is also around the what you eat.     Hope this work! I'm only thirtheen year old girl having a big pooch in my mid section. I was always get teased by my classmates because of my healthy body having a very blunty stomach! :(

      Maybe two or three. If you want to see even better results then you should have variety. For example, do these exercises two times a week and do another exercise three times a week.

    I think it may help. I also found a table for that you can check that in the channel. For the first week? I was almost down 1 kilo. And its good. Its 4 weeks you have to do it once a day (first 3 weeks Mon, wed, fri) then last wee will be ( Mon and tues, then thur and fri) I believe it may help!

    Im already used to the 8mins, and just now i found there are 4mins for women only... Guess what, i will just stick with the 8mins, I thinj that one is much more effective

    OK?! Have you considered Cobrian Ripped Abs Workout (google it)? Ive heard some amazing feedback about it and my friend achieved good results with it.

    These exercises are killers !!! You know you have advanced a little when the 4 times abs doesn’t hurt that bad and you can actually do it with the legs straight!
