Hi! Have you come across Cobrian Ripped Abs Workout (do a google search)? Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my buddy enjoyed amazing results with it.
These exercises are killers !!! You know you have advanced a little when the 4 times abs doesn’t hurt that bad and you can actually do it with the legs straight!
This training is really simple, but it's very hard to move for me!!
