    Thank you so much for this video. My local dealer in Albuquerque wouldn't even look at my rig for a month. These cheap little tablets are a joke. I wish they would go back to basic switches.

      Yes! What if your hundreds of miles from home camping and your slide won't close? 105 degrees no ac..rediculas

      Yes, this is a 100% joke. A $29 android tablet and EVERYTHING important is riding on this cheap thing. You can tell how cheap it is by the speed compared to your iPhone. This is stillborn tech.

    Jayco told me it would void the warranty if you remove the tablet from the wall. I've had noting but problems with mine. The tablet has been replaced and I just replaced the node due to the slides and awnings quit working. Jayco or BMPRO won't admit to issues with these, but the new node had 21 revisions compared to the original.

      Unfortunately to reset the tablet and to do the testing to diag them we have to have them off the wall. This is a good system but yes it did need some updating. If you need any help with navigating Jayco or BMPro call us we will be glad to assist. 1-205-668-0075

      @burtoncampersinc they were not going to honor the warranty because the dealer removed it without contacting them prior. Apparently, they are extremely picky about those system. I like the features, but I have found it to be a deal breaker for another Jayco camper in my future. It's a bad deal for the customer when you can't contact the manufacturer with issues. Jayco customer support is clueless with this system.

    I'm an rv tech and for all wondering if your unit gots one of these im sorry there soo many faults and issues with these I DO NOT recommend an rv with this system, all kinds of faults from freezing,tpms not reading, tank probes not reading, bmpro app not updating even with good internet, these are not good systems at all

    mine won't come back on and shows red and green squares around the perimeter of the screen. Worked yesterday when purchased but I did download the BMPro app, and perhaps it got confused but I cannot get it to reboot, even with the "of" button followed by ext and #1

    I had issues with BMPRO Commander. I think they are SHIT!! I think everyone that has one should be reimbursed with a better one. I really like it when it works. I changed the battery 2 times. It is now blacked out and no response. I take it off the wall and reboot it works and later blacks out again. I would like to know if I can bypass the BMPRO and put a regular thermostat for heating and air conditioning? Fortunately I can work things on my phone still. SOMEONE NEEDS TO SUE AND HAVE A RECALL ON BMPRO COMMANDER CONTROL PANELS.

    BMPro screen went black and will not stay on, I’ve unplugged several times, it comes on and quickly goes off 😢 so frustrating.

    Hello & thank you for the video. The BMPro screen in my RV is not showing any think it is always dark although I'm able to use the below buttons all are working except the screen. I followed your steps by unplugging & plugging, but it did not help still black screen. Kindly help hoe to fix this issue. Kindly needs your help. Thanks🙂

      If the screen doesnt respond after those steps unplugg from the charging port thats built in and plug a cellphone style charger to it and see if it will get a full charge that way. Please call 1-205-668-0075 for replacement and warranty claim assistance

      The JAYCO service declined warranty because they said I removed it from the holder. The coach had been plugged into shore power but the tablet still went dead! I removed it and plugged it in to a external charging cord just as you said after a couple hours it had about 20 percent power and put it back into the holder and it charged back to 100%. This all happened October 2022 right before a 7 day trip tablet worked fine for a couple days then it went blank again. As of today my dealer says nothing they can do except order me a new tablet for $578.

      The manufacturer finally agreed to warranty the tablet and so far so good.

      I did have several conversations with the JAYCO factory representative explaining why I did what I did before they finally agreed though.

    My screen keeps flashing with the "BMPRO" and nothing else. What might this mean? Is it fixable?

      First step will be pulling the screen completely off the wall and hooking to a phone style charger. If that doesnt work please call our office and speak with a tech about the warranty process. 1-205-668-0075

    We just purchased a 2022 Northpoint with generator prep. Generator is all installed and now I need to add the generator controls to the BMPro energy page. Is there somewhere I can get information on how to do this. Thank You for the helpful videos.

    or just use the arrows to cycle to "OF" press "EXT" wait for it to power down after several seconds, then press 1 to restart. There is also a pin hole reset button, read in the manual.
