  • Paying for wood can be expensive! I’ll let you know how you can get it for free, and you can build your own backyard pallet MTB kicker.
Build your own, download the plans for free here:
    cutlaps.com/pages/pallet-kick...
    Pallet Buster Tool:

If you would like to support the channel:

In this video, I turn 2 used pallets into this awesome mountain bike jump and you can download the plans to build your own.
There are many reasons why you shouldn’t build with pallet wood and they are unsuitable for public mountain bike trails.
Some of the links above are affiliate links, meaning I may earn a small amount of money if you make a purchase using it. It does not cost you anything extra and is a great way to support the channel.

You just showed me I dont need mountains for a good jump. The Netherlands will be an amazing riding experience with pallets now!

Are you Australian I’m Australian so if you do end up choosing me it won’t be that hard because I live in practically the same country I just live in Victoria so yeah also I like bikes but I’m gonna get well. I already have a buggy and I’m gonna drive around at Dad so it doesn’t really matter if I get the T-shirt I will wear it every day

Bro, use a nail puller to pull out the nails before you pry the woods apart. This way, you can recycle more planks from the donating pallets.

I decided to build this yesterday and wow it’s bigger than I expected it to be. Planning on finishing building it tomorrow but I would be lying if I said I wasn’t terrified to send it

where do you get pallets from?

  • @ragomtb

    Interesting color choice….

  • @SuperRiderTV

So awesome! The pallet is a mega building block for all Trials riders, too - it's the key to our progression. We just stack them up (and strap them together) to jump higher and higher!

Dude, sweet project! My mom and I used to turn old pallets into patio furniture for ourselves and this was some sweet nostalgia. I love how official this looks and your attention to detail. Keep up the good work! <3 (P.S. I thought you were going to say you loved the colours, but you read my mind xD Love how authentic you are!)

I love you cutlaps. I’ve watched you for months and every time you uploaded a video I would go watch it in any situation I was in!

  • @adamlxD

I absolutely love your videos. I have began my small MTB bark in my back woods solely from seeing you videos and thinking how cool it would be to build stuff like yourself. Absolutely stoked for the next video. Keep on with your great work!

  • @caveman_rock

Recently came across your channel and it's definitely one of my new favorites. Your trails and all the unique features you've made yourself are so sick and I'm definitely going to attempt to do some fun stuff in my backyard 🤘

  • @TeamCykelhold
