I sit on the board of a horse rescue. Sanctuaries and rescues do such important work. They deserve our physical and financial support.
Rock on. I volunteer at a ~150 farm animal rescue sanctuary in the US. They are special places.

Farming has advantages and disadvantages. The best advantage is the peaceful and stress-free environment with nature and gentle animals, but the difficulty of working at all times of the year requires a lot of strength and endurance.
People who love, care for, and protect vulnerable animals are MY kind of people! Just don't get me started on those who are cruel to them........................

I've never owned pets but 3 years ago I saw goats on Twitch and realized that eating meat is wrong and became a supporter of animals and became very anti-animal cruelty since learning about animals and observing them. This is a great cause.
