I love these videos of full runs. These are very well edited thank you😀

I don't like the editing at all. They leave out so much of the race by skipping ahead 20 minutes after all but 3 runners have dropped off.

Simply incredible to watch Ritz run! Always tries his best to set the pace regardless of who's in the race.

I was a marshal for this race. I was responsible for looking after Dathan after the race. From before they even started the race I would have been with the 2nd place finisher. I was the only person there wanting Mo Farah to finished second. But this was an amazing race and a moment I'm privileged to have seen with my own eyes. Dathan seemed a great guy though he didn't speak much after running 13 miles.

Jeptoos final form is really something to work on. She might need more ab exercise to stay in form

She's been using this style for awhile now. Why change? You never want to leave it down to the last 800m with a 5000m champion.

Form is a very big factory to effective, strong, and healthy running. One reason why Farah and Rupp have been able to stay injury free is because I think they are easily among the top 2-3 forms in the work. The better your form, the less stress in the bones and muscles. The less stress means you can focus on pushing more instead of thinking "oh god I'm tired". Farah used to have his form all over the place when kicking prior to 2011. After working with Salazar his form is highly similar to a sprinters, even when going at a comfortable pace for him

    What shoes is dathan wearing?

    • @axelarroyo3286

He seems to have worn those in every race he's done in 2016. From video they look like they're old heavy trainers bc they're all white. I'm pretty sure it's the flyknit streak

Axel Arroyo Funny, I thought the exact same thing when they first introduced him. My goodness, those things look like 16oz gym shoes.

I hear the same 'played golf against the red arrows' comment every year!
