@@vladiinsky well his form improved over the years, he developed a better cadence and forward lean and things like that through his training and racing over the marathon, the alphafly didn't really do anything to his stride, they're built to compliment it actually

Hats off to him and his partner from Kenya in this raise who finished 2nd in this raise. They belong to a same training camp and were streets ahead of the Rest of the World. les falta apretar a algunos para lograr mejores records, todavía le quedó gas, como para que hubiera apretado no sólo los últimos 100 metros, sino los últimos 400 metros y le pudo haber bajado unos 8 a 12 segundos más y haber hecho 2:02:50 a 2.02:55
