To all of those struggling with the last exercise, what really helped me was starting off with a classic push up (on knees and wide arms) and holding it there. It was hard at the start too but it was do-able. When I got better, I moved onto full push up hold (with wide arms) and when I could finally do that I could finally manage to do the last exercise 🙂 I hope this helps...dont give up #femily x
EMI, THANK YOU SO MUCH. Hi guys, I’ve been doing Emi’s exercise for 2 months now. I just want to say that they WORK AMAZINGLY, I slimmed down a lot. I workout 2-3 times a week, I don’t follow a certain routine or follow any of her program. If I feel energetic, I do 30 minutes HIIT or combine cardio with abs workout, the other days I will try to do at least 10 mins HIIT (cause I want to focus on loosing body fat, then work for the abs later). And also, I don’t do diet. I used to put too much pressure on my body and it backfired me, I got a really bad YOYO after loosing ~10kg in just 1 month, and my mental health was unstable. So, I want my body to enjoy the journey more than getting slimmer just to please other people. I eat 2 meals/day like always, still hang out with my friends eating junk food, but I’ll stop when my stomach feel full enough. Although I haven’t lost weight, my measurement decreased and I’m satisfy with that. Just want to motivate you guys, let us all have the body that we want 💪🏻 And thank you again, Emi. You’re such a saviour of my life 😭 I’m sorry for my bad English, I’m still learning hehe 😅

Im burning.but see u on day 2. *FIGHTING* Day2: still struggling and trembling.but did it. Day3: trembling did stop this day. Exercise felt a bit (really a bit) easier. Again the last one is hard.still on it Day 4: it went well. U know ur body is reacting when the 40 sec passes a bit faster than yesterday Day 5: it was a lot more easier.but the last one i still cant get the posture. But i can feel my abs are on the way. By the way im on my first day of periods. I started with taking a break at 20 sec. It took me legit a month to go up until 10 sec left. However, in that 10 secs, I have no will to carry on.. but YOU CAN TOTALLY DO THIS!! HELL YES DUDE!!
Every time I do Emi’s workout, I always cannot last until 40 seconds. So I say to myself,”Emi does this for us” I keep thinking that and I last 40 seconds🤣 I’m proud #femily ❤️

Congratulations!! Also I think you can still workout your abs. My mother worked out a lot while being pregnant and she even got abs! Of you shouldn't overdo it but I think as soon as you don't jump, lay on your belly,... it should be fine^^

im here from miss emi's 4 week challenge! it's my 3rd week now, i saw a lot of noticeable changes! my upper body is so toned and beautiful now specially my back!! as for my lower body, it's gotten slimmer now~ my metabolism have IMPROVED A LOT! hang on everyone we can do this, good luck!!
@Mouri Chowdhury hello! yes ive lost weight! from 41 kg to 39 kg and then it's visible that I've slimmed down, after doing this challenge i rested for a day then started doing the 15 days ab challenge of miss emi's! and my tummy now? still as flat as ever! also my thighs have slimmed down now, thigh gaps aren't visible yet, but it completely SLIMMED DOWN, my arms? they're now slimmed down as well! I haven't been doing exercises for 3 weeks since schedule's in school's been hectic! but I'm never bloated nor looked like a gained weight, it's because my metabolism improved! so im here to tell you if you're doing this challenge rn and feels like quitting should not give up!! hard work pays off! or if you're contemplating if you're going to start doing this exercise, do it! trust me! this just doesn't made me lose weight but also improved my stamina! don't be afraid to start, coz all of your hard work will pay off! 💗💗💗 good luck in your journey
i began doing the other plank workout a couple of months ago and did it for like 2 weeks and saw results. Then i started doing other ab workouts but i wanted my favorite abs back and started doing it again(currently it’s my ab workout) . i’ve been working out for two weeks with emi, and honestly my body is kinda toned in a short amount of time. her workouts are so effective im so happy i found her!! currently im trying to work on my belly fight which is the most annoying thing!! so i’ll be doing this for 30 days and i’ll keep you yall updated!! ( if i dont forget aaa ) 1// did all of this workout but i didn’t do push up hold due to my week arms, i cannot seem to stay still in the same position. but im sure if i keep doing it, i’ll get to it !! 2// i almost didn’t do it because i was feeling miserable but i got up and did it anyway, it didn’t hurt me like yesterday, it was definitely less painful. nevertheless i didn’t do the last workout because like i said my arms are not strong enough.:( the burn was real!!! 3// didnt do it due to my body being really sore. 4// the burn is realllllll!!! my arms are being jelly right now!! i couldn’t do the last work out so instead i did a plank. i really cannot do push ups :(((
Okay, so I was doing this workout for a week already, and let me say this, it really works! In a week I lost nearly 2 cm in my waist :) really happy with the results, I can visibly see that my belly had gotten flatter)
update: i have been doing this daily and i used to not be able to hold the last exercise till the timer stops but after doing them constantly, i could see myself getting stronger gradually and i’m able to do so now!!

I don't do workouts for losing weight. I do workouts because it's fun and I want to be more healthy. I've never been than "athletic". Doing workouts and dancing is what I enjoy. (I'm trying to lose belly fat tho but still) thank you Emi you are so inspiring.❤❤
Just finished the 15-20 days abs and waist workout she posted last month and today was my second day for this one. If you're thinking about starting just do it. Emi is a great workout buddy and will keep you motivated (I'm here for a month now and I'm the laziest person in the world, couldn't keep up exercising even for 5 days straight).

I'm doing this for 30 days and will try to keep ya'll updated. 2/9 Day 1: It wasn't super hard, except the last one killed me. I couldn't hold it for the whole 40 secs but I'm working on it. Day 2: Pretty much the same as yesterday. Still couldn't hold the last one for the whole 40 secs.

edit: i’ve actually stopped doing the challenge for a week or two now, as i’ve been regularly visiting the gym during my college breaks so that I could go home and focus on my studies, but sadly i don’t have enough time to do the workout at home. either way, i would definitely recommend doing this working as it’s effective in slimming down the waist and making your arms stronger :)

@Mouri Chowdhury hello! yes ive lost weight! from 41 kg to 39 kg and then it's visible that I've slimmed down, after doing this challenge i rested for a day then started doing the 15 days ab challenge of miss emi's! and my tummy now? still as flat as ever! also my thighs have slimmed down now, thigh gaps aren't visible yet, but it completely SLIMMED DOWN, my arms? they're now slimmed down as well! I haven't been doing exercises for 3 weeks since schedule's in school's been hectic! but I'm never bloated nor looked like a gained weight, it's because my metabolism improved! so im here to tell you if you're doing this challenge rn and feels like quitting should not give up!! hard work pays off! or if you're contemplating if you're going to start doing this exercise, do it! trust me! this just doesn't made me lose weight but also improved my stamina! don't be afraid to start, coz all of your hard work will pay off! 💗💗💗 good luck in your journey
i began doing the other plank workout a couple of months ago and did it for like 2 weeks and saw results. Then i started doing other ab workouts but i wanted my favorite abs back and started doing it again(currently it’s my ab workout) . AND RIGHT NOW i thought to myself “i want to do a workout, a new workout i’ve never done before” and when i open youtube this is the first one on my recommendation list!! Thank you emi!

update: i have been doing this daily and i used to not be able to hold the last exercise till the timer stops but after doing them constantly, i could see myself getting stronger gradually and i’m able to do so now!!

Day 2 : I did the workout today and I’m really trembling more than yesterday maybe cuz I did it after slimming down but it really burns guys I won’t give up 😎so the second day ✅done
Day3: I did it omg 😮 today i could feel the burn in my face 😂😂especially the last exercise ✅
Day4 : I think it was really easy today but the last one was the most tiring and I actually I can see my abs after 4 days working out😎 ✅✅
Day5: II almost did the workout I was really tired today cuz I’m used to practicing in the morning and at night too but today I didn’t do in the morning so I did all my workout tonight so it was really really tiring ✅✅

Just finished the 15-20 days abs and waist workout she posted last month and today was my second day for this one.
If you're thinking about starting just do it. Emi is a great workout buddy and will keep you motivated (I'm here for a month now and I'm the laziest person in the world, couldn't keep up exercising even for 5 days straight).
