Beginners! Careful with these exercises! Even if you have been doing them for a while, there's still a chance of getting hurt. I hurt my stomach and couldn't walk properly for an entire week. Don't over do it even if you think you can push yourself even more. Remember, we don't tend to use these muscles a lot.

It's my second day doing this. For last two months I worked out following the first and second video of plank from Emi Wong. I don't know if I do this right, instead of my stomach or arms, the ones that get results are my shoulders. They're boarder and muscular. 😂 Either way, I really thank Emi for the amazing videos of work out that easy to choose for beginner like me.
