Hello! I have a 2017 EZGO TXT 48 with stock solenoid and motor. If I were to install the 600 amp controller do I also need a new solenoid? Or can I use the stock/original solenoid. Thanks!
Will this harness work on an EZGO txt 48 volt, DC not AC, series motor, old style ITS throttle, Navitas 600 amp controller, sw202 contractor, forward reverse rocker switch???
Thank you for this, very clear. My golf cart is a 2010 TXT 36V PDS and I bought the Navitas 600A 5KW conversion and 48v harness from GCM. 1) My direction switches are up front so it looks like I'll have to extend the wires and loom them with the wires for the buzzer and key. I'll probably recycle and use wires pulled and keeping in mind to make sure the colors match on each end. 2) The battery charger lockout, it looks like it's a switched circuit reference to positive. Is this normally open when not charging? And when the charger is plugged into the port it closes the circuit to positive? Or is it opposite? From the schematics I downloaded from your site, it looks to be normally open. I just want to make sure since I have a 48V LiPO system so the lockout would likely not be compatible. Is it needed?
Honestly a fantastic video and explains every wire in the stock harness. Thank you!
This video is gold. Thanks for taking your time to do this! I mixed up my key switch and reverse buzzer wires, and this helped me confirm what's what.
This is the perfect video so many questions answered
Very useful! I’ve got this harness for a AC conversion on a marathon and this will be a time saver. Have the upgraded pedal and solenoid
What terminals on the key switch does the ignition white and yellow wires connect too? B,B1,I or L??

You need a high amp solenoid

Hello, we’re could I get this navetas controller 48v 600amp 10-000890-02 ?
At the charger end, the black wire you stated was ground...is that frame ground or battery negative terminal?
Do you need to cut the unused wires from the 16 pin or can I just leave them be if I don't want to dissect it?
In order to run the Navitas AC system, do you have to have a 48V battery pack and the 48V harness or just the 48V harness?
Great video, Thanks!!

Did you post pictures of the FNR and ignition wiring locations somewhere? Great video!
