1 cup milk of choice
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
Smoothie No. 2: FIT + SLIM
1 cup milk of choice
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
Smoothie No. 3: CHOCOLATE + COFFEE
1 cup milk of choice
1 frozen banana
1 tbsp freeze-dried coffee (or replace 1/4 cup milk with 1/4 cup strong chilled coffee)
1/2 tbsp dark cocoa powder
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
Smoothie No. 4: GREEN MACHINE
1 cup milk of choice
1 frozen banana
1 cup baby spinach, packed
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
Smoothie No. 5: VANILLA CUPCAKE
1 cup milk of choice

Omg i made the pb& j smoothie tonight & it's so good i actually thought i was gone have to add a sweeter but the ripe bananas made it super sweet i was so shocked & can't wait to try the other 4 thank you for sharing it was my first meal today after a 24 hour fast. ♡︎

I just made the PB&J smoothie for my oldest and youngest kids this this morning. They LOVED it!!!❤️❤️ I did sneak a little spinach to theirs just to give them a little bit of greens. Neither noticed. I had one as well and it was amazingly delicious! It’s been about 3 1/2 hours and I still feel full!

Was skeptical but just made the vanilla cupcake smoothie and it does, indeed, taste like a vanilla cupcake 🧁 😋! Made with coconut milk. Super filling. Was 350 calories so off for a long walk!

I love smoothies. I must get back into making them. Used to make a big batch every morning for the family for breakfast. Frozen berries, spinach, beetroot, avocado and banana then added in live yogurt. Thank goodness we went into lockdown. All my son's friends started calling for some after he brought a bottle out with him one day!! It was costing me a fortune - and I wouldn't mind but they're all adults! I guess they've been doing that for about 20 years now so shouldn't be surprised at all. Every time I make something different, I turn around and some other mother's son is at my table saying "Well. What are we having today mum?". We run a great house!
That sounds like my house.
I could only have 1 baby however even now she is 30 and married her friends will still appear near meal times for as they say a good meal and advice.
My daughters 1 lunchbox seemed to morph into doing for half the class.

Hi. I really enjoy your channel. I just began IF and OMAD. I'm turning 61, am very obese, and having issues with degenerate disk dease. I have a smoothie a day, for me this is the combo I use:. 1 banana, 1/2 c goat milk, 2/2 c goat yogurt, 1c of EITHER frozen blueberries or cherries, and 1 c of mixed summer berries. Thank you for you vids.

That’s how much you’re supposed to be losing a week. I’m pretty sure that’s considered the max you should lose
2 pounds is actually a lot for an entire week good job!

I love smoothies… I do one every day.
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1cup mixed dark frozen berries (blue, black, ect)
1 cup frozen spinach
6oz plane Greek yogurt
2 scoops whey protein
Water to desired thiccccness
About 475 cals as prepared. Can be much less if yogurt is omitted. But I use it as a meal replacement
Does it help lose weight!?
@@yawrrrrrr in a way yes.. weight loss is more about keeping track of what you eat, holding yourself accountable, and staying in a calorie deficit than any particular food you eat.

I made the chocolate one it was so good. But then I tried it again with chocolate almond milk instead of regular almond milk and baby it was the bomb thanks for sharing I will be trying all of these one at a time 😘

Hi. I enjoyed this video a great deal and found it helpful as I start my weight loss journey. What could I substitute bananas in your recipes? I’m severely allergic to avocado oil and due to that I have to avoid bananas, mangos, kiwi and strawberries (nutritionist says they are all part of the same pollen). Thank you.

I fix smoothie freezer packs and keep about 5-7 for the week. I see you put them in mason jars. Do they taste good after a day or two in the fridge? I've tried fixing them ahead but they seem to separate or curdle. Thanks.

Handful of Spinich
1/2scoop Protein Powder
1cup Almond Milk
1/2cup Plain Greek Yogurt
I try adding as much to my daily smoothie as possible and so am looking for "super foods" to consider incorporating. This is basically so I don't need to eat anything else, other than a chicken salad sandwich and a protein bar until dinner. Note: I work out 3 - 4 times a week.

Can you use vanilla extract for some vanilla or is there a better option?
When you freeze your smoothies, do you take them out the night before to thaw? How long do they take to thaw to the right texture? I would love to prep smoothies ahead of time so I don't have to be the guy running the vitamix at 5am lol

The vanilla cupcake, and green machine are so good my favorite I lost three pounds and I’m still going and I love the whey protein by far my favorite protein powder thank you for suggesting it

Hi, I've just found your channel and am on my IF journey and enjoying the benefits so far. I'm looking to incorporate a protein shake in the morning but am finding it hard to find a reasonably priced protein powder without loads of nasty ingredients (I'm in the UK and on a budget). Could I buy organic unflavoured whey and add my own flavourings? Do you have any suggestions on how I can do this? Love your content. Hope you are all keeping safe in this crazy world today.
Cinnamon is great to add to any protein shake. Yummy flavor and stabilizes blood sugar.

Thank you for the details about why you use Naked Whey protein powder. I saw on their label that the grass-fed whey is sourced from Rumiano farm/cows and they make great, high quality natural food that I trust. I have tried soooo many "healthy" protein powders over the years that were just GROSS but I'm going to give this brand a try :-)
Almond milk has a lot of preservatives unless you make your almond milk from scratch. I prefer to use homemade coconut milk, avocado and fresh blueberries for my homemade blueberry smoothie

How long can you keep the protein shakes in a mason jar. Will it not go bad after a while?

I am new to smoothies. Can I add both protein powder and collagen powder to the smoothie recipes or am I doing this wrong. I've read that when you are craving sugar, you should consume more protein and I want to make sure I keep my cravings under control and I feel full as I want to use 1 smoothie/day as my meal replacement. I've heard that collagen is actually protein so am I doubling up in an unhealthy way?
Whey is processed fast by the body collagen is processed slowly collagen is good for before bed. It dosent matter lots of protein is fine it has a thermic affect its hard for your body to break it down so you use more calories digesting it. That helps keep weight off.

Hi. I just found your channel. I love all the information. Wanted to mention the protein powder is there any other options you would recommend from the vitamin shop or GNC. I saw the tub for the less naked one and it’s huge. And before I commit I would like to try smaller options. I bloat easily with shakes and I want to make sure before spending so much money. I saw your 30 day Plan as well and I am considering that. For now I am trying to get back into walking drinking more water light weight lifting and learning a lot about food and shakes. When you can let me know of any other protein options.
