What great timing for this flow! There has been a dark energy in the world lately, and everyone I talk to can feel it on some level. I've been feeling heavy and weighed down by this. the weighted down feeling i think is the energy of the collective. our patterns are bubbling to the surface for clearing and it’s not easy, it can feel uncomfortable which helps us to notice it. also we are getting clearer in what we want… what’s important to us. we need to keep clearing the energy, taking the lessons, speaking or truth, setting our boundaries, believing in our power to create our desires and focusing energy on what we want to create❤️ you’ve got this🙏👌🎉❤️ namaste🙏🧘♂️

When I perform downward dog or chaturanga asana, the weight tends to push to the end of my palm and they start hurting instantly. What can we do to balance the weight of the body to the whole of the palm so we can balance better
