- This is a 28 minute yoga class focused on alleviating pain and tightness in your hips and low back, as well as building strength in supporting areas. (I planned for 25 minutes and went a little long)

Thanks for a great class. I’ve been very “hesitant and slightly judgmental of myself” for doing classes less than 45 minutes. So, my challenge for the new year is to do classes around or less than 30 minutes and savor the rewards of moving my body and getting on my mat. Thanks for making your shorter timed classes as strong and meaningful. It’s helped me be less “guilty” for not doing more.
I'm right there with you, Tim! I've found I can get a 30 minute session in daily, when a longer one only happens a couple times a week so I'm just trying to go with it! Sending hugs your way!

Helen with cow pose; which is better looking up or looking forward with the back of the neck long? Thanks
I prefer looking forward / up for cow when belly drops to open front line of body, and looking down / under for cat to stretch the back of body.
