Plenty of soldiers who suffer from PTSD are deployed again, again and again. Soldiers do not want to say a thing and the military needs men/women to deploy. There was good documentation of him having/showing excessive stress when returning from his first deployment and symptoms of PTSD like certain levels of anxiety; psychopaths experience almost no stress, anxiety or specially, PTSD.
