My grandpa served in Vietnam he never told me about the killings or anything. Only the friends he made in the military. Heros don't want publicity. RIP Grandpa.
Same, my grandfather never likes to talk about his time in the Vietnam war, and its affected him ever since, drinking is what he uses to numb down his mind. Truly sad :( not something to be glorified.
My father waited until his late 70’s before he told me his Vietnam stories.... I was in my 50’s before I knew my father had earned 6 Bronze Stars...He never considered himself a Hero, he was just a soldier doing his job.
What's the point where you win in that situation anyway, Ventura's an old man now, you knock him out you're a POS for hitting an old man, you do knock him out you're an asshole for beating up an old man. Ventura's said alot of things but I don't think he'd ever disparage a grunt or anybody who spent time overseas fighting the war, he'd take it up with the politicians and the president who sent those people over there.
He's an old man now. Anybody hitting him is a fucking shitstain, period. That's he's done what he's done and survived to get old oughtta be all the defense he needs because others who get that he has earned that respect woulda stepped up to shut down the coward.
I have been following this interviewer for the past couple of weeks and I rate him as up there with the very best. I have never heard of him before but I shall follow him from now on.

Evidence huh? OKay here are a few FACTS about Jessie : He is not nor has he ever been a Real navy SEAL ! He talks a lot about his seal days and training. Here's the best part. He has NEVER been on a real combat mission! That's why when he is asked about it he laughably spews it's classified. He did basic training (not a easy task) but that alone does not make him even close becoming a SEAL! After his cowardly lawsuit against a real SEAL over his bad ass reputation was in jeopardy (fake bad ass) he kept going with his lawsuit against the wife of that REAL SEAL. Real SEALs can't stand him. They got a partition going to have Jessies name banned from anything to do with SEALS. Ventura is a phony and a coward .His own lawyer warned him not to claim that he is a SEAL! Every thing above is 100% true . So let's hear the so called evidence on his side ?????? His word??? No credibility,
When Graham asked Jesse about how he was hurt by the backlash from that book he didn't talk about his reputation or career or bank account. He said it hurt to lose his connection and involvement with the Navy Seals. THAT'S why I'm convinced Jesse is telling the truth.
Really? Jesse as great as he appears to be, is showing significant signs of drug addiction. His body language how it progresses through the stages of the interview are eye opening. arms crossed, legs shaking. He is clearly on edge and I've viewed plenty of other interviews where he doesnt do this. So why now?
@@maplex123 Are you insane?? You are definitely projecting, way to out yourself. Jesse is holding in his anger, rightfully so. Imagine some loser lying about you and instead of telling the truth like a man he instead chooses to drag out a court case and loses 1.8 million in the proces. And despite Jesse winning that money he seems more angry that his reputation got dragged through the mud, because of Kyle's lies to get his book more attention.
My father is a vet and i've never heard him bragging about his achievements during his military career the same for his brother in arms! Real heros don't need publicity!
Chris wasn’t bragging about his kills. Or his achievements. His book was made to honor his fallen friends, and to show the hardships that come between the job and family.
Listen to his interview on Joe Rogan's podcast,he goes into detail about this and this was the reason for him being kept off fox/msnbc and those types of "news channels" and pretty much the ending to his show "Conspiracy Theory with Jesse Ventura" on TruTV..if you haven't go watch his appearances on fox & friends or fox with Sean hannity.Msnbc when he was on with Piers Morgan.I think he was on the View as well and just made everyone look more stupid then they already are.Always talking about "conspiracies" and its awesome!
He's still hurt over it, and understandably so. His brothers would rather ride the coattails of a dead man who MAY have had the highest sniper kills on a battlefield but DEFINITELY lied about assaulting a fellow SEAL.

Veji Jahaj It appears that way, yeah..though none of us know for sure. I agree with you, as I DO believe that he is a truthful and honest guy. I didn’t question his accuracy. I just said he’s burnt out. He makes a lot of solid points, but the two things I dislike about him are that he pulls the military card on everybody and makes it seem like if you were not physically in the military then you don’t have a say in anything, and he literally thinks everything is a conspiracy. I’m with him on the story and a lot of other things he has said, and it was lovely watching him absolutely roast Piers Morgan on his own show, but he’s a little bit off his rocker.
Real navy seals can't stand Jesse. They even got a petition going to have Jesse Ventura's name banned from anything to do with Navy Seals. 100% true story. Why do you think they would do that?
If you read about the court case and time lines he's telling 100% truth. Nobody was gonna let Chris Kyle fall on his sword and be defamed, too many people made a lot of money off Chris. Jesse is still the man and I feel terrible for him that this has affected his life this way. It's a shame most people will not know the truth about this or Chris Kyle.
The entire Chris Kyle story is BS. Funny how "The Devil of Ramadi" suddenly appears when the American military was dealing with a deadly Iraqi Sniper that was getting huge support from the Iraqi people. His story screams of American military propaganda. Like most liars Kyle started believing his own BS and wasn't used to someone like Ventura calling him out on it. Kyle thought it was a good idea to treat soldiers suffering from PTSD by putting guns in their hands. He was obviously an idiot.
They don’t want to know the truth - living in a fantasy of picket fences and cult worship of anyone who has served in uniform - questioning things and using critical judgement is a helpful thing, no and again. It’s plain to see how much of a liar Kyle was. His judgement was awful as well - who takes an unstable, PTSD veteran to a shooting range?
Chris Kyle was a habitual liar, the Jesse Ventura thing is just one of many that he told. Just because you were in the military doesn't automatically make you a hero or a great person.
There were a few articles about some of the stories within the book. most articles focus on 7 pretty big lies and I've seen an article that looks at those 7 and 3 more. So many veterans and even active duty embellish stories and experiences, I don't know why some people do this. Attention seeking? Fame? Glory? Profit?

My grandfather was Navy (Brooklyn Navy Yard). My father was Navy (one of the last crew on the USS Intrepid). My stepdad was Navy (Navy Marine Corps medal recipient). And if there’s one thing that I learned from any of them is that you serve your country; not yourself. Jesse did not deserve this at all from any fellow Navy SEAL; especially Chris Kyle. Makes you wonder if Kyle’s untimely death was more than just God’s way.
Im no conspiracy theorist, but i think its a possibility that chris was a bad faith actor to try and convince the public that A) Joining the military is badass B) The Iraq war was justified and not a waste of life and time. And then when chris couldnt keep the script they gave him straight, they cut their losses and killed him.
Jesse's stories are all consistent no matter who's interviewing him or what show/podcast he is on, almost to every last word. I have no doubt he is telling the truth
Thank you! I was just going to comment and say the same thing. You can listen to Mr. Ventura in any interview about this and his story is completely consistent. I believe him, I'm an Iraq vet myself and I am not going to say I saw as much direct combat as Chris Kyle but I know when someone is cheesing up their war stories or when they're telling the truth. Kyle did this to boost publicity on his book at Jesse Ventura's expense, it was a disgusting move and I agree with Ventura it was completely dishonorable.
The day Jesse admits to working for the Kremlin, is the day that Jesse tells the truth. They recruited in Nam, just like Oliver Stone. Traitors to the USA.
Man, you can feel Jesse's pain and frustration. I have a lot of respect for this man. He stays true to himself and keeps his honor. Keep doing your thing Jesse!
My father was active duty for 32 years, special forces ranger , pilot in Viet Nam DFC , etc. Most veterans do not talk about war time once they got home or boast about what they did . This is out of character for these men of honor . My father told my mother he did not want any of his medals mentioned on his marker at Arlington , only a cross ! Always a true hero.
Reminds me of the scene in Jarhead (I think?) where the drill instructor asks Jake Gyllenhaal’s character if anyone in his family was a Marine and he said his father was. Then he asked if his father ever talked about it. He said yes, only once. The drill instructor said “good, that means he was telling the truth.”
My grandfather was an army WW2 vet and received 3 Purple Hearts. He never once talked about his days in the military except to tell me, “go to school if you can.” As fate would have it, my uncle married the daughter of German immigrants. Her father was a German soldier in WW2. They got into a drunken brawl at the wedding. My mom always told the story with amusement. I jokingly brought the story up to my dad (who is a Vietnam Vet) and without any humor he said, “Well, you have to understand your grandpa saw a lot of things and lost a lot of friends.” I quickly realized that it wasnt a laughing matter
My dad was with the USMC 1ST DIVISION, 1942 and was part of the Guadalcanal campaign. He never talked about what he saw and did in combat, and always said than anyone who bragged about combat experience was full of crap. Jesse proved that with this interview.
I grew up watching Jesse. I love the guy and i believe him 100%. He’s a guy who never bragged about being a seal and never tried to use his service to make money. He earned his fortune getting thrown around, beaten on and beating other wrestlers in the ring. To me, Jesse is a real dude… no need to lie. Shame on anyone who tries to discredit him.
@M L Well i’m going by what i’ve seen in my life. I’m 54 and i don’t remember him once even mentioning being a SEAL when he was a wrestler. In fact, even though there was a rumor that he was a SEAL back then…. the first time i ever heard it be confirmed was when Don Shipley did the video about him and MR Rogers. It’s no bold lie to say he didn’t brag about it. I’m speaking about his wrestling years. And in any case… if he wants to brag about being a seal then he has all the right in the world to do so. He was one. It’s not exactly easy to become one, right?
@@abidababida7096 Well if he has the right to brag for being a SEAL (which he does) why doesn't Chris get to brag about being a SEAL and not only a SEAL but the greatest sniper. I've watched this interview a bunch of times, and I always come away from it with a sense of sadness for Jesse. He's being honest, which is not popular among the mainstream media. They made him out to be some kind of irrational kook, that goes around attacking dead soldiers wives to gain money and fame. What's he got to lie about? He's got enough money. Ventura is/was a politician, he doesn't know how to be honest, and you can't tell when he's not! They are pro liars! Ventura is a clown, Kyle was a hero. That much is indisputable.
@Tim Adams Kyle was a compulsive liar period. His widow and friends said it. The courts confirm it. Jesse was a Navy SEAL and a patriot. He was the only Governor elected as an independent in office at the time. Kyle lied over and over and was caught.
I never understood why Chris Kyle had to write this book about himself. Personally I would have not grandstanded my military career. I would have kept quiet.
It's something many ex military have said... No-one is supposed to know who you are. You aren't rock stars or some kind of celebrity. You go in. You do your job. You get out, hopefully without anyone seeing your face. I guess no-one can stop ex forces personal from writing books or doing talk shows, but they are not supposed to become celebrities or brag about their achievements. It's not how it's done.
+Phantom Punisher Well his entire history, his achievements went down the drain, especially when everyone thought that he was suing Kyle's widow. And the Seals were saying he was not a Seal, which is untrue because the Frogmen and the Navy Seals were merged as "Seals" at the time of Jesse's service. So here is getting punched at a bar he never stepped foot in the guys lies and makes millions of dollars (I bet that case is still going on to see who pays what) Friends of Kyle come represent to the press that the story was true, how could it not hurt him. And he was the victim not the culprit. Which I of course in any opportunity I had explained that was NOT the case. Could you imagine what that must of been like for him to be in Mexico and have to hear from his own family. Very hurtful indeed. Hopefully time will heal his pain.
Like that old saying "Where do you go to get your reputation back?" Kyle lied and smeared Ventura and made him a pariah among Seals even after proving legally that Kyle lied. You can tell he was upset when he heard about what that guy from Lone Survivor wrote about him. He probably knows the guy personally and to get thrown under the bus for just defending your name has to be upsetting. Disgraceful.
I believe Jesse 110 percent. he is authentic and not a liar. doesn't have a history of lying and not a history of dishonor. his vindication is overdue in the eyes of the public.
Lmao Jessie Ventura hosted a conspiracy theory segment some years back in which he asserted that the US government used HAARP to create the boxing day tsunami in Indonesia; he showed a picture of an atmospheric event and claimed that it was taken "right before the tsunami"- and a simple reverse image search showed that it was an old picture from an internet website store. Sorry but your hero Jessie "I'll sue you because words hurt my feelings" Ventura is a liar and a fraud
American Sniper: Never read the book or saw the movie. Lone Survivor: Never read the book but saw 10 minutes of the movie on HBO. A friend of mine told me that the author of the book and the soldier was a jerk and an A-hole in real life.
Marcus Luttrell is a liar as well. There was actual video footage from a militia and 8 others who ambushed them. Marcus Luttrell ran instead of fighting.
@Tosterchild no he wasn't. he was a narcissist sociopath who joined the military. He is not humble, he brags about things that shouldn't be bragged about. He's self-absorbed and delusional.
Average people won't understand how deep this betrayal cuts. Being teammates in the army means that you're willing throw yourself on a grenade to save your fellow soldier. To live with that conviction in your heart and devotion to a community, and then to find out they won't even stand up for you when you've been demonized like this. From one veteran to another, my heart is grieved for you Jessie. Just ain't right
Jessie was a threat to the powers that be. They then had to neutralize him. What better way then to get another SEAL (a high profile newly minted Hollywood hero) like Kyle to talk behind his back suggesting that Jesse was less than honorable in some conflict? Kyle was likely being used and after being used, was thrown away using an assassin. The Deep State has access to mind control technology that subverts free will. It explains Kyle being deployed to distract Jesse (lawsuits seeking a forum to negotiate honor, are cost intensive and suck energy...a distraction). Mind control also explains Kyle being assassinated by another soldier he was mentoring through PTSD. Someone at the top has a brain map of these two puppets....and played them in a PUnch and Judy game.
Jesse’s pain is mostly self inflicted. Filing a lawsuit against the estate of a grieving widow and two young children was disgusting judgement. Ventura has no morals or empathy for Kyles family. Most Seals want nothing to do with this pot bellied loser.

That's so true sir and the key word of your sentence is Warrior; in the past the special forces were made of the most brave tough and honorable warriors. In the present they are not warriors anymore they are divas. In the old days no man was left behind and in combat and life as well they treated each other as brothers and when the shit was on they took care of business in a quiet and deadly way and they were happy just with accomplishing their mission and returning home alive along with their teammates. No need for publicity, no need for a book or movie deal.
I believe Jesse 100% Ive been watching a lot of his interviews lately and one thing he doesn't care what he says. If he got hit by Kyle he would have admitted it. He seems the kind of person that accepts his mistakes.
Jesse Ventura was a frogman, professional wrestler, actor, and governor among many other forms of employment. He went to the most famous SEAL bar which is filled with SEALs. He is easily recognized and likely has people watching him the entire night. He is not the average person, he is famous. For him to say what was claimed and for him to get hit by Kyle and nothing was seen or heard by anybody is very unlikely. He had a long history of taking pride in his military service. What was claimed he said is not consistent with how he spoke publicly about the SEAL/UDT community for his entire professional life. The trial ruled in his favor. Even so, people like Luttrell make comments about him suing his widow. That is not the case. Mr. Ventura has clearly suffered damages to his professional career. This is very sad and he certainly didn’t deserve this.
Wow that comment he made about "the first SEAL left behind" really hit me.....such a shame. He will always be a hero in my eyes. Like he said in Predator: "Buncha slack-jawed faggots around here!"
I think the problem is those who served with Kyle all stand for him as a great warrior and man, especially those like Jocko Willink etc who did serve with him in Iraq during his most active sniping days, so they are going to back him no matter what, whether he lied or not I can’t help but think those still alive should have buried the hatchet with Jesse and just said bygones be bygones.
@Nofirst Nolast I never said Kyle lost the lawsuit but after Kyle died Ventura did continue the lawsuit towards the family which is pathetic to sue a dead man's family so maybe actually try reading but maybe your brain is to small to contain that information, sorry if my big words is hurting your tiny brain
Say what you want about Jessie but notice how no one really wants to debate him. He has a successful background in military, government and entertainment. He knows his shit and that scares people. He ain't got time to bleed or time for bs.
John Bowman go watch don Shipley’s Video on Jesse, or go watch Marcus Lutrells interview about him, where he says jesses trident is just as shiny as ours, that’s my senior and he deserves respect, etc. and also the fact chris Kyle claimed to do all of this stuff was at a seal bar full of seals like him, and Jesse.
This guy is unfettered. Nothing but TRUTH comes from him yet he is still left to be seen as guilty. The world loves beautiful lies amd hates the ugly truth.
I remember right when this happened… When this story broke. I saw a clip the very next day of Jesse on the phone from Mexico on info wars. I remember hearing him tell his side of the story very early on. I believed him then just as I do now! Then, not too long after that, I went to a grocery store, and the sniper book was everywhere, at every check stand..And people were buying into Kyle’s bullshit tenfold! It was an eerie, disgusting, depressing, and somewhat scary feeling to witness all the people in the store around me react favorably, and with such emotion in support of Kyle! I felt like I was in George Orwell’s 1984…pitiful! Interesting how Kyle died in such a timely manner?! When he died, the trial was wrapping up, and it seemed to be a foregone conclusion that Jesse was going to win this case! Therefore, the “sniper” was never around to talk about losing the lawsuit… I would’ve loved to have seen how he would’ve defended himself?!
He sounds like he is telling the truth. It strikes me as highly unlikely someone would hit him and get away with it. He seems like the type of person who would hit back, not sue the person who hit him.

My uncle served in Vietnam, and never once he ever discussed anything. When a family member brings it up, he shakes his head, tears fill up his eyes. Real soldiers never brag or write books for their military achievements.
It sounds like your uncle was a real human being. I think that is what a hero is, someone who truly cares about people. So many of the soldiers are so young , don't know a lot about life and don't know what it is they are really getting into until they are face to face with it. War is hell, not as if I know, just that that sentence is said so often. I have a deep genuine empathy for the humanity of any young men who get their lives fucked up over the experience of killing and seeing friends get killed. Then especially in Vietnam so may people were against the war that it was confused with being against the young man that had their lives incredibly destroyed by that experience. Support the young people who lives were ruined on both sides, not the war itself. We are human beings who feel before we are trained to become killing machines. Remind soldiers who thought war was one thing and found out it was something else that they can identify as humans, they do not always have to feel the guilt of a soldier. I know hat there are people that will be angry about what I said about identification because they say that they should not feel guilty and be proud to be a soldier. My sentence does not dispute that. What I am saying is that it is ok to come home and identify as a human again. Humans don't feel bad for being a soldier, they feel bad for doing things that humans beings that want to be real have a hard time living with honestly because the most traumatic moments reply in the mind whether you want them to or not . And we simply do not have health professionals that are really good at helping ex-soldiers live with themselves mentally. So allow yourself to come home inside yourself, give yourself a break and identify as a human when the environment allows it, allow it for yourself. Send yourself love. You always needed it, you are human like us all.
George Romani: Yes, real soldiers do write books about themselves and their achievements. They always have, just normally high level Officers and there is no issue with it.
Ok that’s your uncle, others talk about what they’ve experienced, some feel pride, some feel shame, and some are indifferent. You’re so narrow minded to say what a “real soldier would do.”
And they used to fight for America. Now they fight for Israel and bankers in immoral and illegal wars they plunder our nation of trillions of dollars of borrowed money.
Ventura has no reason to lie about something like this - he’s been open about his life, good and bad. Embarrassing and glorifying. Hes financially set and too old and established to be pursuing any social standing. Chris Kyle had everything to gain by making it up, money fame, + none of his buddies were willing to testify that it happened
And then on June 2016, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 8th Circuit threw out the $1.8 million in part due to the revelation of the insurance policy by Ventura's attorneys to the jury. The $1.35 million in "unjust enrichment" was overturned and dismissed as being inconsistent with Minnesota law. The $500k defamation suit was remanded back to trial. In December 2017, the case was settled out of court for an undisclosed amount Not putting that there to argue your point......just for the sake that some folks might not be aware that happened. @Merch Marine Respect and honor? For a guy who lied? Really? Just because one serves their country does not mean they can do as they please when they come home. Ventura did not sue Taya Kyle. How hard is this to understand? He sued Chris Kyle. Chris Kyle died and the case went to his estate. Taya Kyle didnt pay any money, the insurance company did. The fact that she got caught up in all this is Chris Kyle's fault, not Ventura's. Put yourself in Jesse Ventura's shoes. Are you just gonna let someone defame you and take away your ability to make a living because of a lie? No you wouldn't. You would fight to clear your name just as Ventura did. And just because Ventura is interested in conspiracy theories and believes some, does not make him a liar. It means he believes something different. He never lied about his military service. He never lied about killing American people. And Jesse Ventura is no hero of mine. To me, hes another famous guy who I happen to respect because he tells it how he sees it. My military heros are soldiers like Simo Hayha, Audie Murphy, and Desmond Doss, just to name a few. But if you are going to sit there and defend the lies of Chris Kyle, maybe you are the one who needs new heros.
@Merch Marine How can you expect him to drop the lawsuit when the lie took away his ability to make money? That is absolutely ridiculous. If you sit there and say you would just lay down and let your name be destroyed, due to the person you are suing dying, you are lying. And Ventura ended up with an undisclosed amount after a settlement at the end. The money came from Harper Collins. And the money doesnt even matter. Ventura proved in court that Kyle lied. Doesnt matter that another court overturned the settlement itself. And Ventura was a frogman. He passed BUDs but was assigned to the frogmen instead of the Seals. Both seals and frogmen went through the same training but there were different assignments. After Ventura was discharged, frogmen were disbanded. Those still in were reclassified as seals. Had Ventura gone through BUDs a decade after he did, he would have been called a Seal. By today's standards, he was a seal.
@Merch Marine nobody in the United states will work with him anymore because of the lie Chris Kyle told. That's the point. Is Ventura well off? Sure, but that doesnt mean he should allow someone to take away him ability to make money over a lie. And beyond that, Ventura had to pay his own legal fees. So to say he didnt lose a penny is false. Theres no growing up to do here. Ventura did nothing wrong. Chris Kyle did. As Ventura says in the interview, doesnt the lie mean anything? You talk about honor and respect. Theres no honor in lying about service accomplishments and punching out other veterans. Kyle had plenty of great stories to tell, he didnt need to build himself up further by lying.
@Merch Marine you're the one name calling but I'm the one who needs to grow up. You're hilarious and apparently you dont listen when I say Ventura is not a hero of mine. You're the one who actually needs a clue.
Listen to Kyle’s recount of the story. He said punched Ventura and ran to avoid the authorities. So basically by showing up on TV and bragging, would have incriminated himself and Jesse could have put him on criminal charges. Jesse’s in the right here.
If Chris Kyle had punched out anyone in front of the Coronado Police, he would immediately have been taken into custody….and taken down and booked on assault charges. There also would have been a preliminary hearing in front of a magistrate or judge. Since Jesse Ventura was a well known former Minnesota governor, any assault on him would at the very least have ended up in section A of the Coronado newspaper, with the possibility of it being on the front page. With Ventura being a national figure, the story also would have trickled down into Newsweek, Time and U.S. News & World Report. As it was, there was nothing. Not even a minor blurb. Several years ago, a Coatesville man punched out another at a 7/11….and it was all over the news. And yet, Chris Kyle wanted people to believe that he punched out a well known former Minnesota governor in full of view of the police…..and there wasn’t even a minor blurb in any newspaper anywhere. Several months after telling his “Ventura story”, Chris Kyle told Michael Mooney of D Magazine that he had shot and killed two would be car jackers at a gas station on Highway 67 outside of Dallas TX. Kyle claimed the police were on the scene….and that the entire incident was caught on security camera video tape. When the story went through a fact check, it was found there were no police reports, no coroner’s report, no coroner’s inquest, no record from any district attorney in Texas, no surveillance camera tape….and absolutely no newspaper coverage that this incident ever happened. Chris Kyle was a serial fabulist, just like Jussie Smollett, Stephen Glass and Alicia ‘Tania’ Head. Chris Kyle never punched Jesse Ventura, he never killed any car jackers in Texas, he was never on top of the New Orleans Superdome in the Hurricane Katrina aftermath, he never earned 2 Silver Medals & 5 Bronze stars…….and he never gave away 100% of his book money royalties to charity. (He gave 2%) It’s amazing how many people can be “duped” by serial fabulists like Chris Kyle and Jussie Smollett.
The big question of course is, How many of Chris Kyle’s stories are actually true? And, how many of his stories were completely fabricated? Chris Kyle’s medal count claim that he wrote in his book was discredited by the United States Department of Navy in 2016. Both the Navy Times and The Intercept reported that Mr. Kyle was warned by Navy personnel that the medal count in his manuscript was wrong and that he needed to correct it before publishing. Mr. Kyle obviously did not do that. Mr. Kyle also claimed that he shot and killed 30 looters from atop the Superdome in New Orleans in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina. Those claims were discredited by both the United States Special Operations Command and Army Lieutenant General Russell Honore. Honore, who ran the ground troops in the Katrina aftermath, described Mr. Kyle’s story as “war story bullshit”. In a 2012 interview with D Magazine, Mr. Kyle claimed that he shot and killed two would be car jackers at a gas station outside of Dallas TX. Kyle claimed the police were on the scene....and that the entire incident was caught on security camera tape. When the story went through a fact-check, all of the documentation that would have existed if the story had been true, was non-existent: There were no police reports, no coroner’s report, no coroner’s inquest, no record from any district attorney’s office in Texas, no surveillance camera tape....and absolutely no newspaper coverage of this ever taking place. As far as the Jesse Ventura story is concerned, HarperCollins, which published Mr. Kyle’s book, “American Sniper”, has since removed the entire chapter entitled, “Punching Out Scruff Face” from the book. The Coronado Police did NOT back up Mr. Kyle’s claims either. Chris Kyle, like Stephen Glass, Alicia ‘Tania’ Head and Jussie Smollett, was a serial fabulist who was able to fool a lot of people who are incapable of fact-checking. “American Sniper”?????? - That title really belongs to Carlos Hathcock, United States Marine Corp.
I'm not gonna discount Kyle's service as he did serve. I credit any man or woman who chooses to serve our country. But its more sad that Kyle did this to someone who served before him. And even now so many won't step back and realize that the Ventura situation did not happen. People get so angry and question why Ventura fought this. But this is Jesse Ventura's life being mocked in a sense. If someone published a book on you with lies of course your gonna take up for yourself. I feel for Ventura as those who turned on him. That is the worst deal.
I watched it. Jesse Ventura whined like the steroid shooting bitch that he is. Chris Kyle slapped the shit out of him, and now "I can't get a job anywhere."

Ventura stands by his word and never deviated from the truth while Kyle stuck by his lie and whored out the Seal's for monetary gain and is it not evident who is lying? Ventura is a man of honor the seal teams should be ashamed of themselves!
If Kyle sat in that courtroom and heard the verdict, SEALs would have sided with Jesse. But because Kyle died, they didn't want to dishonor him by saying he was a liar, even though they knew he was. Sucks for Ventura.
He claimed that he and a friend went to Orleans during Katrina and supposedly shot and killed 30 people they deemed “looters”. Those involved tried to say Kyle shot 30 himself alone. It makes NO sense because ANY sniper in a post 9/11 world would have garnered media attention after 3-5 alone.

What a society we live in today that there are people that think it is okay to make up lies about someone in the media and a published book, profit from it, and then they blame the other person for defending themselves. There are actually people defending the liar, a person who was also given the opportunity to retract the story and chose not to. It is really just baffling. This is out of character for these men of honor . My father told my mother he did not want any of his medals mentioned on his marker at Arlington , only a cross ! Always a true hero.

That's an achievement cause those are bad people it's not bragging its proof dumbass dont disrespect a soldier
@ROBCAR stfu dumbass fighting for us to live so stfu and burn in hell

Ventura proved Kyle lied in court. Kyle was a self serving liar.
In December 2017, the case was settled out of court for an undisclosed amount
Not putting that there to argue your point......just for the sake that some folks might not be aware that happened. Plenty of other “stories” by Chris that are full holes that shall we say.....bring into question his integrity
@@thehawk05 , Thank you for the info. I knew this but others may not. It’s a shame. Kyle was definitely brave and may be considered a hero. I Have never cared for Jesse Ventura!,but I Believe him when he said Chris Kyle Lied!

(He gave 2%)
It’s amazing how many people can be “duped” by serial fabulists like Chris Kyle and Jussie Smollett.
Excellent point. Kyle is full of shit.
