Great video man! I’ve done some testing and it turns out that the Roar Medallion not only boosts the initial slam damage on the ash of war, but it also boosts the augmented heavy attacks as well! I’ve found it better to use the roar medallion over the shard of Alexander for this reason
Something to note: The Regal Roar gives +5 strength for scaling purposes during the roars buff, which lasts for 40 seconds. So you could even go for 50 strength
Is there a specific sacred seal to use for this build or do all of them work

Could u also use the Godfrey’s icon talisman for increased dmg to charged skills?
No, so the following moves after the roar are Charged Heavy attacks, so holding RT/R2 - So Axe talisman is needed rather than Godfrey's icon :)
This has been one of my top 3 favorite weapons since I unlocked it. Very fun to use but also punishing if you dont use correctly 😅
Yeah, you definitely have to time it right! This weapon has also become one of my favourites in recent times :)
I would not recommend ritual sword because its a trading machine, ritual shield or bull goat would work better imo
It's good if you can get the timing right/are better than me to not trade so you get can get the max damage out the weapon - But, if you are like me and get hit 24/7 then yeah, Dragoncrest shield or bullgoat will be the way to go :)

Roar medallion boosts the follow-up heavy attacks too, not just the initial cast. Though I didn't like this axe, even compared to regular collosal weapons (including swords) it has 2 or in some cases 3 times less amount of openings. So I end up just doing less total damage with lot of effort. Not a fan at all...
Yeah it is obviously a lot harder to pull off the entire moveset but I personally find it more rewarding to do so - I wasn’t a huge fan at first but after spending a lot of time with it, it started to grow on me :)

I've been struggling with the elden beast with my blood build, so I went to rebordn and str build and bullied Radagon and took out Elden beast 3rd try
Yeah, strength builds for pure AR damage never fail against Radagon/EB :)

why must it need 14 dex to use
It's just the requirements 🤷♂ - It's also better to split the stats between strength and dex like I mentioned in the vid :)

Hear me out. Most underrated weapon in the game. I can just fucking one shot in pvp
How do u 1 shot with it? I’ve been loving it recently on my quality build with an offhand cold Cleanrot sword, but I am definitely not 1 shotting people. It’s pretty hard to land the regal roar but I have hit for about 900dmg when I did land it, I supposed it could hit upward of 1500dmg with shard + roar medallion but that’s not 1 shotting unless they didn’t really lvl vigor lmao.

Try it with an offhand cold Cleanrot Knight’s sword, it fucks. You get really good pressure in neutral, combo potential after running r1 or rR2, if they roll in or around they get stomped by the special r2, and the jump attacks hit hard af even 1H. Even the 1H crouch attack isn’t terrible to throw in once In a while. Very fun setup IMO that has great potential, ofcourse colossals struggle against fast weapons but you can always swap 2h thrusting sword if the opponent is being annoying w BHS or cheesy setups.
By the time u get this weapon u get to use it to fight 1 boss 😂 if your not doing ng+ the weapons useless
