      Weight gain krne k bahot se upaay ho sakte h. Aap carbs, sugar, maida, (carbohydrates), fat jaise ki oil, aadi se bhi wajan badha sakte h pr Yeh aapko problem me daal sakta h. Aise me wajan sahi se badhana hi iska samadhan h. Aise me aap jada se jada protein yukt bhojan (60-70gm Protein ek din me) ka sevan kre aur Yog ya exercise k through muscle mass gain krne pe kam kre.

      Yog asan ke madhyam se aap kisi bhi umar tak khud ko cure kar sakte hai,yog ka har umar mai sakaratmak prbhaw hi rahta hai.
