I couldn't walk due to knee pain but I can do cycling easily. Doctor advised me to walk but I prefer cycling. Today I got similar view from a doctor. Thanks.
Dr first congratulation to you for your health Mashaallah very nice Second thing cycling is the best exercise it will make muscles strong I have knee arthritis but getting well because I am doing cycling I am watching this video from kolhapur Maharashtra
Very good video. I am doing the cycling in bed that is giving me progressive relief from pain . Off and on I do cycling in open field that has brought a young man like flexibility in my knees and the pain has suddenly vanished though I was diagnosed with 2nd stage O.A.Thanking you,Sir, for great work being done by you.

Very good excercise I will do daily and try to get the problem of my knees solved. I walked 10000 steps daily if walking is not good
