MOIST & EASY CHOCOLATE CAKE

Easy & Moist Chocolate Cake
Ingredients:
▫️ 4 cups white sugar
▫️ 3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
▫️ 3 tsp baking soda
▫️ 3 tsp baking powder
▫️ 2 tsp salt
▫️ 1 1/2 cup premium cocoa powder (I only use Hershey’s or Bensdorp)
▫️ 4 large eggs
▫️ 2 cups evaporated milk
▫️ 1 cup vegetable oil
▫️ 1 tbsp vanilla extract
▫️ 2 cups hot water + 4g instant coffee powder
Bake in a preheated oven at 180C for 40-45 minutes. You may also do the toothpick test to check.
Tips:
✅ To ensure the richness & yummy-ness of your cake, use high quality ingredients, especially cocoa powder.
✅ Let the cake cool down completely before removing from the baking pan.
✅ Wrap the cake with cling wrap twice or thrice to trap its moisture before placing in the chiller or refrigerator.
✅ Chill the cake 8 hours or more to make it super moist.
