how much po benta ng isa graham bar pag gnyan sis
Hi sis. Hindi ko po binenta ito sis eh.. kung durian or mango may kamahalan sguro kasi seasonal ang fruits na ito. Pero may nagbibenta sa school ng pamangkin ko, cookies and cream flavor, 35.00 benta nya tapos 2 blocks lang ng graham crackers.

Hello I'm from Indonesia, interested with this recipe. But we cant found Graham Crackers here, do u mind to recommend/share any alternative?
Hi! I lived in Indonesia from 2022 to 2023, and I completely understand your struggle 🙂Finding graham crackers there can be so challenging! What worked for me was ordering them through Tokopedia. 😁 If that’s not an option, I recommend using digestive biscuits as an excellent alternative. They’re buttery and have a similar texture, making them perfect for this recipe. If possible, look for square or rectangular digestive biscuits because they’re even easier to work with! 😉🤗

Just make sure to use unsweetened whipped cream if you want to control the sweetness of your recipe. As for the graham crackers, try searching for it on Tokopedia. They often have imported products 😊

Hello po. Anong brand po ng all-purpose cream ang gamit nyo? And hand mixer po ba ang ginamit nyo sa pag whisk or stand mixer po? Nagbuo-buo po ba ang all-purpose cream dahil natagalan sa freezer? Pag nabuo2 po dahil natagalan sa freezer, pwede po ninyo irest sa room temp hanggang pwede na iwhisk. Tapos habang nagwhiwhisk, nagcucurdle po ang all-purpose cream nyan. Ang gagawin lang po pra maging smooth ay kuha po kayo ng konting amount ng cream at i-heat nyo po. Tapos habang nagwiwhisk po kayo ng cream ay paunti-unti nyo po ibuhos ang ininit nyong cream, magiging smooth po ulit ang texture nyan.

Share ko lang. May nabasa kasi akong post ng isang dissatisfied customer. Umorder daw sya ng cake na 8x5” pero sa tingin nila mababa ito sa 8x5”. So sinukat nila, ayun, hindi nga umabot ng 8x5” with frosting pa yun. Tapos nung hiniwa na ang cake, jusko po, parang 8x3” lang ang cake at ang kapal pa ng frosting na nilagay…para siguro mahabol ang height ng cake na inorder ng customer. 😅

Hello po. Medyo firm & crisp po kasi ang graham crackers kya dini-dip po ito to soften the texture making them easier to bite into once frozen. 😊 Evaporated milk lang ginamit ko ksi may sobra po sa ginawa kong cake, if wala po kayong evaporated milk, pwede po plain water lang. 🤗

Hi. Hindi po. Sealed pa rin po. If sa freezer nyo po ilalagay, kailangan bantayan po dahil nasisira ang cream kapag nagfreeze. Mas mabuti pong sa chiller lang pra kahit na ilang araw ay hindi magbabago ang texture. 😊

Yes pwede po. 😊 actually mas smooth and creamy po ang whipping cream and mas mavolume po dahil mas mataas ang fat content.

Hello po ask lang kung pwede magpa double volume ng condensed milk sa blender?
Hello po, hindi po nadodouble ang volume ng condensed milk. But for all-purpose cream or whipping cream, you can use a blender po. 😊 The blender you use may vary pa rin po. Kung yung high speed po gamit nyo, pwedeng pwede po.
Di po kaya matunaw agad yan?
Dpende po sa work area, ma’am. Kapag nagka-cut and pack, medyo bilisan lang po talaga lalo na kung ang work area ay mainit po. Pero pag naka a/c naman po ay keri lang 😊

Hi. Yung sa ice cream base po natin, saktong-sakto po sa 3 containers natin ay 3 packs (750mL) Nestle All-Purpose Cream at 1 & 1/2 can (585g) JollyCow Condensed Milk. 😊 Chilled overnight po dapat ang cream at condensed milk.
