Thank you so much. I am will sign up. I wanted to start bodybuilding, but I could not find a good program. The best is, that it has personal coaching from you! And it is for vegans, so great. Just one question: does the programme maybe also contain streteches? I saw that you train flexibility in your own training as well. Otherwise I will just continue my own stretching programme. Because I am a dancer, and I don't want to gain strenght but loose flexibility. If it does not contain the stretches, that's no problem, I will sign up either way.@@NatalieMatthewsFitVeganChef

There’s so much to cover 🤣🙌🏽 Every day will have a mobility/warm-up routine, specific to upper or lower body. Plus a post workout stretch for both upper or lower. They are optional, but I highly recommend you guys to get in the habit of doing the pre & post routines for recovery and to avoid injuries 🫶🏽

This is awesome! I will be joining & I know you will be an amazing coach. I have been following you for a few years now and have seen your growth. I have been looking for a program guide to continue my vegan fitness journey so this is a great opportunity. Is there a way to do at home workouts and gym workouts? I am new to the gym and aren't sure how to use the equipment but I want to learn.
All of the movements included in the workout guide, will have videos, so you can follow along and learn how to use the equipment… you can easily swap between the at home and The Gym program.

Hi Natalie! Considering to join. Wanted to know if I can continue my fitness classes? I hate to miss out on your program and can add some of it in, but I love my classes - they are similar to cross fit and a little more cardio - that I do 5x per week. Can I blend these two things??? Looking forward to the nutrition and learning new ways to get my protein intake and meal prep!!
Hey! You can totally keep doing your classes. It’s more important for me that you do the type of training that you enjoy most. You can do a few days of my workout guide if you like, but no need if you are already doing 5 days of training 🙌🏽 Just make sure to let me know if you choose to do some of my training in addition to your current workouts… Because then we need to make sure that we’re fueling you properly. 💪🏽🌱

For me it’s more than a physical transformation…there will be other things taken into account. I want to reward the people that are committed to the challenge, show up to my weekly check ins, and are conquer their goals not just physically but on the inside as well.

Yes, In that case I will make suggestions on how to adapt the workout guide, so you can have the best of both worlds. If you sign up, please let me know how much time you want to dedicate to running and weightlifting, so that way we can adjust everything to make sure you see progress.

I got you! my whole purpose with this challenge is to continue to educate people… how to do vegan for your unique goals… that includes me teaching you how to hit your personal macros goals gluten-free🌱🫶🏽 it seems to be a common thing for a lot of you, so I’m definitely thinking of doing one of the presentations on just gluten-free high protein options.

I have a question on the home vs gym programs. Will we have access to both? I have a lot of equipment and prefer home, but do go to a gym a couple times a week. Is this all inclusive?
Yes, you can easily swap between the two… And if you have any questions, I can also provide you with alternatives. When you have the app you can swap for what you have. 🙌🏽
For the at home, I need you to have dumbbells, long resistance bands, Glute bands, and ankle weights.
Optional: if you have a pull up and a barbell at home that’s awesome 👏🏽 but if you don’t, that’s OK too.

What is the plan for after the 8 weeks?
There will be a lot of education during the 8 weeks. My goal is to educate and teach people how to not need me lol I plan on educating people on how to reverse diet to maintain their goals or continue to see progress. I’m also bringing a special guess her name is Celest, she will be doing a talk at the end of the challenge about building more than just a body… mindset, Setting goals, etc. I don’t wanna give it all away👀 but I am here to help🫶🏽
