I love how this was more of a mental makeover than physical. She’s in it for the long haul and learning to love the journey for her better well being is a huge step in the right direction. Alyson is such a hard worker and watching that gave me insight on who she is as a person and not for her work in the industry. I resonate and respect her so much for taking her future in her own hands ♥️

As someone who invested in the dance world for the majority of my life, my heart goes out to Alyson. Dancers have this perfection mentality drilled into our brains and it’s so hard to shake free from that. I’m actually much physically, emotionally, and mentally stable since I stopped dancing. Breaks my heart to say because dance is a magic unlike any other. Alyson is so strong and I look up to her so much.

I love how you do this with people who have struggled with eating disorders because it's just so different for us. Seeing people struggling with the same things I do and go on the same journey I'm going through right now to be truly healthy and not base it on physical appearance and impossible goals that compromise my health is so inspiring and I can't thank you enough for it because its so hard. Thank you, Michelle.

I love this series, and I love how different everyone's goals are. It's good to be reminded to set specific goals. For me, that's learning the right balance of food and exercise because I have an anxiety disorder and get very in my head about whether I'm eating too much or too little, increasing flexibility and learning where I'm compensating in my body's natural asymmetry to decrease pain, and having a physical routine to stick to because my brain chemistry works better with a daily endorphin boost.

Got teary-eyed every now and then. This hits me hard. I share so many emotions with her. Changing priorities. I chose health about a year ago. I fluctuated through 12months. I lost and gained weight and body fat here and there. It was more of a mental struggle than it was physical. This is sooo inspiring. Thank you for this! ♥️

I have struggled with eating disorders for 6 years now and this was super inspiring. I haven’t worked out in months because I would completely shut down and over eat or not eat at all and run my body to the ground by over working. So I am starting to feel ready to work out and listen to my body when it comes to eating, sleeping, and working. I am also a dancer and apart from not working out, I haven’t been stretching and I can tell it is affecting my body because my knees and back are starting to hurt. Getting that flexibility and strength back is going to be super exciting and I would like to thank Michelle and Alyson for inspiring that

I love this series!!!! I am on a journey back to health right now and I can absolutely understand Alyson's emotions that are coming out in this video. I feel like during my journey, I've hit more emotional roadblocks than I ever thought I would - and it's because I'm taking it one day at a time and doing it the right way. I understand the shame of slip-ups and forgiving yourself. Love her commitment to bettering herself emotionally (and physically)!

It’s always awesome to see the inner transformation. Being on a transformation journey is always that, a journey. I’ve been on a bit of a journey. I’m battling more of my inner demons more than my physical ones. I’ve realized I go through periods of self-hate when I’m not successful at what I’m trying to do. My emotions become so strong and overwhelming that I just shut down... I’ve never sought out counseling, and I know I should. With being in self isolation during this pandemic has given me so much time for self care now. I’m focusing on me and dealing with myself head on.

YAY! I love Alyson, I grew up watching this adorable little girl grow up along with me who looked awesome, who danced like a beast, who acted. She was always in the back of my mind when I would think of younger years. So happy to see her getting to a positive head space mentally with not only therapy but working on her bodies health too.
