Results ~ My core strength has gotten A LOT stronger. I can see that I am mire defined on my upper abs. I didn't weigh myself for the last day cause the night before I drank a ton of water before going to bed.
Throughout the week, I ate whatever I wanted but I made sure to get my vegetables and fruits in. Overall, it was a really fun workout!! Would definitely recommend.
