I did notice changes! My booty looks more bigger! I did this workout once a day. This workout made my legs tired and I felt it, but this workout was pretty easy!☺️ I tried to do this everyday but I was busy some days😭 but overall I got good results from this workout! @@valeeeMezaa bueno antes la hacia todos los días hasta que supe que para que pueda crecer el gluteo hay que dejar descansar el músculo, así que ahora la suelo hacer día por medio o cada dos días 🙃
