    Finally a workout without annoying fuss (too much talking, shouting etc.) Killer exercises, super effective (even for beginners). The arm toner and the stretching videos are also amazing.For me it's the perfect workout video. Thank you so much! 💪💪💪

    I am so used to sweating and getting out of breath as a runner and cardio lover. But this workout made me feel tired and worked. I burnt 250 cal, but feel ready for a hot bath. Thank you and Happy New Year everyone.

    Loved this workout. I wonder if you could do more 60-min workouts with no jumping. I'm recovering from a knee injury and I'd like to keep it light on my knees for now. Thanks a lot for what you do!!!

    Thank you for making these available to all of us. I have a 23 year old knee injury that will never completely heal so my goal is to strengthen all the muscles around it and these exercises are proving helpful.

    Geez this workout really almost makes me cry God I love it!!! So much as they said " NO PAIN NO GAIN " Even tho it's Low Impact this is one of the hardest workout I experience. More Power to your Channel... I hope you make more of this workouts will keep an Eye to New ones.💝💝💝💝💝

    I searched for a beginners workout & this came up. While it’s a great workout, it was VERY hard for me to do & I work out regularly. I feel like if a true beginner attempted this workout, they would become discouraged.

    I am recovering from a foot injury and have never done a low-impact HIIT before!! I cannot stress how important this was to me, I’ve been feeling like I can’t push myself with cardio without my foot KILLING me, but this pushed my limits in the best way and I feel immediately so much more capable and back into my routine again! I’m sweating like a pig, THANK YOU FOR THIS WORKOUT 🖤🖤🖤🖤

    Really challenging, first 20-30 minutes of leg workout was really so hard.

    I had a back pain and was feeling lazy to do the daily workout but when I saw your workout it seemed easy so decided to go for it but it was really amazing. I was showered with sweat.

    This felt like a journey! Super effective workout thank you so much for sharing. I was feeling irritated by the lack of energy coming from the screen in the first 15/20 minutes but once I settled my mind and stopped looking for motivation externally and came back into my body I ended up feeling quite meditative. Took off my workout head and put on my yoga head....perfect 💕🙏🏻 and the knowing smiles from the instructor felt so warm and genuine 😊

    This is such a great workout! Well balance of toning full body and build up overall strength. Recently I was easily distracted when searching the next workout video, but this one with 1 hour, no jumping, and no repeat is just the kind I need!🤩

    This is my all time favorite workout. I'd love to see more like these, 60 exercises 60 mins NOT including warm up or cool down, those can come as extras.. yayyy!! Like 75 mins then.. No pain no gain!!

    I enjoy your workouts! I started following you some months ago, and kept improving. I couldn't do any push ups or burpees there but I didn't give up and improved a lot. And I never get injured! A few days ago I tested a tabata from another UA-cam channel but there were too many jumps (too many are also a bit confusing) and I ended up with a small pain in the knee. Nothing bad, but never had a problem with your workouts! I am glad there are knee friendly exercices !

    Anna is a machine. I like to think I'm in pretty good shape. I can do most HIIT workouts on youtube. Anna's pace is ridiculous. I have done some of her workouts but others I need to pause and come back to. She really is something else.

    Thank you for this workout. The only thing I would recommend is to mix more. 10 min legs then core then other then legs again. It is really hard just do the legs for 20 minutes

    I mostly doing only 10 min full body or cardio because i didn't really enjoy doing full body or cardio workout that much, but i finished this workout. It was a hot burn and a good sweat. Thank you anna❤

    Wooooow.. dieses workout hat mich einfach nur zerstört!! Bin leidenschaftliche rennradlerin und bergsteigern und auch mir haben die beine mehr als nur gebrannt 😱😱😱 bauch is noch ne richtige baustelle hab i gmerkt, aber mit deinen übungen wird auch dieser noch zur maschine ✌ bitte, bitte mach noch mehr von diesen geilen workouts, find vorallem die trainings mit eigenem körpergewicht sehr spannend 😍

    Meine Muskeln sind so fatigued, liebe Anna😅🤪, aber im besten Sinne. Ich liebe es, dass in der ganzen Stunde keine Hast und kein AMRAP Gedanke auftaucht. Langsam und genau, dabei die Muskeln wunderbar bis an die Grenzen und ein bisschen darüber hinaus belasten und bearbeiten. Sehr mindful, schon fast ein bisschen meditativ und in vielen Übungen kann man mit der bounciness, die du uns in der Ausführung vieler Übungen zeigst, auch sehr schön faszial arbeiten. Ganz grosse Klasse😍👍😍.
