Hi beautiful Kaykay This 30 min full body was perfect after breaking fast 👌 Got full of sweat by 60 % of the workout 💪. Did it with 2 xc5 kg and some exercises with 1 x 10 kg. Feel re-energize 👌💪 Thank youuuuu 🙏Kaykay. Love those 30 min sessions. Perfect during ramadan 👌 ❤

Kept me pushing through, and I was able to go up into some heavier weights this time, yes!! 💪🙌 Love no jumping, although I did the devil press normal cuz it works better for me 🤗 My knee truly appreciates these intense no jumping sessions though!! 🙏 Another killer one, thanks so much lovely!! 👊🫶
Hi dear Kay! I noticed some of the viewers are voting for no more jumping, I just want to say that I do LOVE jumping with strength workouts aswell. Changing the pace and involving heart rate in a 30 minute workout is awesome for the busy ones and great for metabolism and you get also that stamina. So, we can switch between jumping and no jumping strength work. Also body weight, isometric and no equipment is great sometimes. Thank you always for all your effort and great energy ❤❤😊
