    This was loads of fun. No one would ever look at me and say, there's an athlete, and that's okay, but man, these workouts make me feel like an athlete! And that's what counts, so thanks and keep up the stellar work!

    I typically stay away from HIIT but I know that I need to incorporate these workouts weekly. In 3 years, this was probably one of the hardest workouts I have done. By the end I might have been wishing for some burpees and pushups-lol. Definitely not as graceful and as powerful as you but I'm happy to say I made it thru and feel so strong and badass for doing so!❤

    This was Hard, but worth it! I think the 30s:15s timing is my favourite, long enough working to feel the strain but short enough not to get bored. And enough time in the break to stay active or catch my breath 😅❤ Thank you! 🤩

    Thanks!!! I can only do standing workouts due to my bad back, so im so thankful for these!! I have to modify some of the overhead stuff to not worsen my back pain, but thats no problem 😊❤

    OMG was this workout brutal!! It was a lot harder than I had anticipated and wasn't sure if I was going to make it to the end after 10 minutes but I did! I think this might be the hardest workout you have ever created 😂

    I have been following you for years, I like 45 min or 50 min and upper then lower body and cardio x sessions those are my favorites, you could do them like this to have an orderly sequence

    Hello from Vermont, USA. 😍I alternate weights workouts with no equipment workouts, and this one was perfect! The 30 second bursts of activity and 15 second rest gives my body enough recovery time and keeps my energy burn high. Thank you so much!

    Ich musste mich krass konzentrieren. Das hat so gut getan nur auf die übung zu achten und darüber nachzudenken. Einfach 50 Minuten alles andere egal. War mega anspruchsvoll. Aber du machst die übungen so schön und klar vor. Ich liebe es❤

    Thank you for this great workout! It not only challenged my endurance but also my coordination 😄 I've been having issues with my elbow ( a tennis elbow) probably because of a shoulder problems and I have to be very careful with weights and I was waiting for a new all standing no equipment workout because I've done all the others on your playlist over and over again. 😅
