I typically stay away from HIIT but I know that I need to incorporate these workouts weekly. In 3 years, this was probably one of the hardest workouts I have done. By the end I might have been wishing for some burpees and pushups-lol. Definitely not as graceful and as powerful as you but I'm happy to say I made it thru and feel so strong and badass for doing so!❤

It not only challenged my endurance but also my coordination 😄 I've been having issues with my elbow ( a tennis elbow) probably because of a shoulder problems and I have to be very careful with weights and I was waiting for a new all standing no equipment workout because I've done all the others on your playlist over and over again. 😅
