Tolle Kombination! ❤ Herausfordernd und sehr abwechslungsreich! Manchmal schaut man sich eine Übung an, und kann es einfach nicht glaube das man sowas schaffen soll, aber dann denkt man sich : Okay, wenn KayKay meint dass es möglich ist, probier ich es! Oft klappt es erstaunlich gut, auch wenn man noch wacklig dabei ist oder es nicht beim ersten Versuch klappt. Man ist einfach durch dich so motiviert, dass man dennoch dran bleibt und es am Ende oft schafft wenigstens 10- 20 Sekunden die Übung kurz zu halten. Danke dafür! ❤
