I can’t believe I feel more refreshed and awake after this intense workout. There were definitely some moves where I thought to myself “there’s no way my body can do that but I’ll try,” and I surprised myself every time. Fingers crossed this helps me get out of this plateau!
That was INSANE!!! My fitness watch says I burned 657 calories in those 53 minutes!! And I feel absolutely AWESOME after this workout and I was dancing all the time during active breaks!! Loved it! 😍👏🏼👏🏼👌🏻

I did this workout at 5 pm, finished around 6 pm cst but still feel out of breath and my heart pumping after 4 hours, unreal, this is by far one of the toughest all standing cardio workouts, love the variety on your workouts, they are so fun :)
Oh my.I felt like a happy frog or kangaroo hopping throughout the 30 sec active rest. Love the workout. It is definitely a good cardio burn to all the negative vibes in me. So glad I pushed through the end. Thanks Kay!

Wow. Just wow. I love this length of workout for a weekend, just that sweet spot over 40 minutes but under an hour. Yet again, you prove to be the cardio queen!
As I get older I have started to come to terms with not being able to have as much strength or energy as I used to when I was younger. You are inspiring that even though I can no longer keep up with your pace, the variety of moves you have put into this workout help me feel the burn in different areas with my own pace I create. Doing some movement is better than nothing at all. Thank you for creating the videos.
It is so important to know how to modify a move or just go slower. I have to do this as well, especially careful not to jump or injure my neck and spine.

OMG! I did this as scheduled for August . WOW and WHOA!!! Don't be deceived with the title 'standing'... This was intense but SO FUN! ❣👏... My active rest was mini jumps and boy was I trying to catch my breath and loving every second of it! This was so spot on for Monday after a hectic day at work. Ooh I liked this a lot. So simple, familiar moves, easy to follow, yet very effective and kept heart rate up. (Not that it's all about that, but when I just want a bit of cardio, it's really helpful) Love the active rest- takes the stressful element of rushing to next move out and gave me the freedom to do my own thing which was fun! That was amazing!! I feel great! I used 2 x 5lbs during the exercise then 2 x 8lbs active rest. I had to stop to catch my breath and stopped a second time to get a bandana to catch my sweat. Thank you for the motivation, I couldn't work that hard without you. 🤟💪

OMG this is by far the hardest standing cardio I have ever done! We didn't really have much rest with the active rest of jogging, but I feel amazing and so accomplished after. Over 6000 steps and 330 calories! Fitness KayKay you always know how to make the hardest workout fun! I loved it (even though I was barely able to finish it LOL) I will be doing this over and over ! Great workout. So many options for the active rest. Or go 45 sec full on and 15 sec active rest....or harder yet 50 sec full on and 10 sec active rest.
