first, thank you and your wife for these great videos! Is it possible for you to talk about design center questions for new homes? and maybe a tour of a design center KB in particular?
This is definitely a possibility if we can get permission for us to check out their design center. In the mean time if you would like. We can always hop on a zoom call to answer any specific questions you may have about the new home process if you would like. L2HomeGroup.com/Moving-In-California
No worries, sometimes it’s just good to chat about the areas on a little more depth. We always suggest a exploratory trip and checking out some of our area guides
@Imohlaapohko have you decided yet? I live in Anatolia itself, which is in Rancho Cordova, at the 33:00 point of the video, if you have any specific questions I can try to answer them.
I like both areas for different reasons. Sometime people will choose one over the other because of commute distance to work. Let us know if you’d like to chat more about either area
Great video. Best hack is to buy a home in the new home community in Rancho Cordova. This gives one 10-15 mins access to Folsom with home of similar size $100k cheaper. To add to that new Rancho gets access to great schools.
Thanks for your video. Imo you left off all the best places to live in Sac...Land Park, Midtown, East Sac, Hollywood Park, South Land Park etc. Close to all the amazing restaurants in downtown/midtown, lots of things to do, close to the bay area, and lots of culture. Avoid commuting from Elk Grove to Sac bc of nightmare traffic.
This is more of a higher level video of all the suburbs. We do a separate video that breaks down more of the neighborhoods specific to Sacramento. Those are some great mentions
@@lisas.4531 that was 2015 this is 2024...I was sophomore in college you had opportunity to make good choices with your money. Unlike when we graduated nothing was affordable...oh well Congrats...hopefully we can get a chance one day if this economy gets better. 100k is nothing and I barely spend anything...good choices and managing money today is rewarded with barely surviving 🤷♂️
I live in the Sylvan neighborhood north of Walmart/Costco (across Auburn Blvd). There is a school for every grade within walking distance, and we get TONS of trick or treaters on Halloween! A very safe feeling, quiet neighborhood.
I would like for you to discourage people from moving here please its already congested these days and home prices are insane because of all these transplants. Coming from a born and raised Sacramentan
If you listen to him, he really doesn’t want you to move to Sacramento. He wants you to move to Folsom or Forest Lake or up that way he doesn’t want you in Sacramento who’s he trying to kid Jesus?
You should mentioned that Roseville, Lincoln and Rocklin have a large number of assisted living and senior communities. Two Sun City's in the area as well as a number of Eskaton communities.

Hello Lance and Lauren. Very informative. Thanks again.
Thank you!
There is a really good neighborhood by Laguna/Franklin. Huge houses and no tracked homes.
Thanks for sharing
SMUD is cheap compared to San Jose or any areas with PG&E.
Agreed SMUD is awesome in comparrison

Five freeway is packed now. Can't go anywhere in traffic
What are your thoughts of wheatland vs Plumas lake?

If you want peace of mind and quiet neighborhood, both places are okay. I prefer Yuba City. Any place North of Sacramento is okay. Roseville, Lincoln.

@@lisas.4531 nobody can afford to live there unless you bought your house in 80s or when the market bottomed out in 2012 which hardly anybody had job.
@BadgerWolf-19 I live in Land Park and bought in 2015 on a teacher's salary. I made smart choices and I'm good with my $.

I bought a house in Citrus Heights.. Give me your honest feedback about the city, and what I can expect living here.
Thanks for your videos!

I was ecstatic to move out of syphilis Heights back to El Dorado county.

Do not move to Lincoln Roseville or Rocklin we are full and do not need anymore liberal transplants
I recommend don't come to Sacramento rent is too high, taxes are ridiculous drivers are idiots
@@ChrisRobinsonKF6NFW yeah I've heard... NY, NJ, then Sacramento 😂😂😂😂
Elk grove ok?
Unfortunately Sacramento is becoming like LA with congestion, high housing costs, and homelessness.
1. Why would anyone with a choice move to CA. If you're already in CA, look to the East of Sacramento.
P ville always great
Rancho has hoods just keep that in mind lol
village park is just as dangerous as oak park.
Is elk grove ok?
Yeah, we have a lot of people reach out to us and move to Elk Grove. Let us know if we can help.
If you're looking to explore the night life such as clubs, Kings games or baseball games, don't live in Rancho, its way too far from anything fun
15 minutes
Roseville sounds like track homes and shopping malls?
There are a lot of trails, parks and golf courses as well
Exactly my boyfriend lives there. Lots of different shades of beige.
I like that you skipped Orangevale/Citrus Heights. It's a secret we like to keep to ourselves! Very quiet neighborhoods!
Sometimes it’s just tough to fit everything into a video and not feel like we are rambling. We love Orangevale and CH!
Favorite city in sac county OV
It’s a very sleepy area it’s kind of depressing 👀👀
No need to draw a line over the interstates. I’m pretty sure most people can read a map.
Plymouth
South sac baby! Born and raised. Beautiful culture 😂
It’s simple don’t move here! 😅
Why move to SUCKRAMENTO..😂😂😂
I love that you have no viewers.
Thanks?
Interesting comment. Wouldn’t you want them to have more viewers, subscribers or are you the Overlord Gatekeeper of Sacramento??? 🧐
