@@elfonsh6277 it really depends on your needs and lifestyle. A lot of people think of Sacramento but then realize they like one of the suburbs for a variety of reasons
❤❤❤Suggestion??, we are in our late 60’s do not want adult community, no small children , but will like to live in a neighborhood not close to schools but close to shopping areas, restaurants and there is a place to safety walk on a trail
Hello, thanks for reaching out and watching. We can definitely help you find an area that meets those criteria. The next best step would be for us to hop on a zoom call and chat more about you needs and wants in a home and start to narrow in on specific neighborhoods that meet that criteria. You can book directly on our calendar here: bit.ly/MovingInCalifornia . Thanks again!
Fair Oaks CA has everything you are asking about. The only thing that might be an issue is the free range roosters in Old Town Fair Oaks. Other than that it has shopping, beautiful scenery, and walking trails and a American river access.
You forgot beautiful Ancil Hoffman golf course, Del Paso CC and North Ridge CC. You failed to mention all the multimillion dollar homes along the river in Carmichael.
It's the plot of land/subdivision that never was developed due to the International airport/plane exhaust pollution that litters that whole development. Not sure who they paid off to develop that area but for YEARS it was untouchable due to the invisible toxic land. Not all that glitters is gold. 😬
Absolutely, it would probably be easier to talk about it via phone or zoom. You can give us a call at 916-644-0661 or we can chat about it via zoom and you can book an appointment on our calendar here: bit.ly/MovingInCalifornia . Anatolia is a great neighborhood that boarders a majority of the new construction in South Rancho Cordova.

AT&T has blanketed Sacramento with Fiber internet 👍
Im in Vineyard right at the border to Elk Grove. It's a nice quite ess area with affordable houses in the $500-$700k
We really like the Vineyard area! Thanks for watching!
That's not affordable. That's about 5K a month with insurance.
@Calvinmob681 It's affordable for our budget. Coming from Southern CA prices, we got our house for a steal

Can you review the Northlake community in North Natomas?
