I'm in a similar situation. My husband and I just got married 2 months ago after being together for 3 years and he decided he doesn't want to be married anymore, discarded me and blocked me. I feel so disappointed in myself for allowing him into my life but I've filled out my divorce papers and I don't know how to serve him; he's an over the road truck driver. He actually started 1 week after we got married and left me at home for weeks on end. His reason for not wanting to be married anymore is because I asked for quality time 😢

It's been nearly 5 years since I discarded the ex narc and I still get calls from random numbers.. I just block and delete them. Narcissists and exes should be one and done. No sequels, part 2's or second chances.
Anonymous cyper harassment for the last 15+ years over here. And I don't social media. I went through the anonymous phone calls too, especially during my sleeping hours. I should of changed my email address years ago but I have over 60 accounts linked to my email. Massive computer email spam I keep getting signed up for. I’ve noticed this pattern with new friends that turn out to be narcissistic… right after the love bombing phase but before devaluation starts they pull back, disappear, and start bread crumbing. It totally confuses them and flips their script when you don’t chase after them.
That's exactly how it is. They have one where they want to have one.. the feelings are safe.. emotions will be used / against one.. for their perfidious game.. in the devaluation phase. They humiliate, devalue, etc.

They cant accept disinterest. It just can’t be that someone isnt interested in them. I told a narcissist this tactfully and he went on a smear campaign about how I was leading him on. Nothing could be further from the truth.

(he was both),, and now after a year he came knocking on my door.. I didn't answer it.. and I feel fine.. hang in there , and stay No Contact !

Sometimes you can hear the shift in tone like a singer getting off pitch to the instruments and the key they are playing in; it’s sprinkles of sour. The Cluster B also hum every waking hour of the day. This is a sign of them trying to drown out the noise in their own head. At first you think it’s cute, you join in from time to time and if you are good you harmonize the 3rd, 5th, 7th. But when you join them… they STOP! And look at you like who are you and how do you know what they are doing or much less humming? That look of fear… “you can hear what’s going on in my head?” I was once asked, “If you had to give me a nick name what would it be?” My immediate response without hesitation, White Noise! Back in the days when the television only had three channels and when the broadcast ended… the screen would phase to a fuzzy black and white screen signal lost and just that noise, white noise. 20 years is a long time to have that noise in your background. Eventually, you just turn it off and unplug the tv and set it out on the street and move out to the country. Now it’s so quiet and peaceful…I can hear crickets phuck! 😂 And now, back to my coffee. Excellent your voice does help as well married 23 years to our horrible, horrible toxic woman the first several months I didn’t even know where I was but through hard work and great therapy. It is literally the best thing that’s ever happened to me and our kids.
I just escaped my narcissistic wife 5 months ago by literally moving out of my house that I bought. I too was married to her for 23 years! I made the mistake of contacting them in person in hope that they (my wife and my brainwashed children) have changed, but only to find them even more hostile, trying to pull me back in because I am their only economic supply. It almost worked, but I got back to my senses and blocked their phones and messages. I’m still in the process of healing, but no contact is the only solution. I’ve started to see a lawyer to plan out a way out of this nightmare. It will take time I know, but I’m finally seeing the light at the end of the tunnel.

Twice now I've been threatened with a "break-up". Only I'm so numb to the constant attacks on my sanity and emotional well-being that I couldn't care less. This infuriated him so much that he started calling me a psychopath for not caring, and how could I do this to him? My natural reactions to his abuse are "spiteful" and "petty". And yes, I've noticed that when I am around these types of people I become more like them and I hate it. I hate that the most out of everything.

The Cluster B also hum every waking hour of the day. This is a sign of them trying to drown out the noise in their own head. At first you think it’s cute, you join in from time to time and if you are good you harmonize the 3rd, 5th, 7th. But when you join them… they STOP! And look at you like who are you and how do you know what they are doing or much less humming? That look of fear… “you can hear what’s going on in my head?”
I was once asked, “If you had to give me a nick name what would it be?” My immediate response without hesitation, White Noise!
Back in the days when the television only had three channels and when the broadcast ended… the screen would phase to a fuzzy black and white screen signal lost and just that noise, white noise. 20 years is a long time to have that noise in your background. Eventually, you just turn it off and unplug the tv and set it out on the street and move out to the country. Now it’s so quiet and peaceful…I can hear crickets phuck! 😂 And now, back to my coffee. It is the internal low vibrating constant frequency of the hell within them blended with white noise and static dead numb dumb conundrum bouncing in the echo chamber desperately seeking the next transmission to maintain the illusion before you without allowing their mask to fracture, split, fall, and break. Excellent your voice does help as well married 23 years to our horrible, horrible toxic woman the first several months I didn’t even know where I was but through hard work and great therapy. It is literally the best thing that’s ever happened to me and our kids.
I just escaped my narcissistic wife 5 months ago by literally moving out of my house that I bought. I too was married to her for 23 years! I made the mistake of contacting them in person in hope that they (my wife and my brainwashed children) have changed, but only to find them even more hostile, trying to pull me back in because I am their only economic supply. It almost worked, but I got back to my senses and blocked their phones and messages. I’m still in the process of healing, but no contact is the only solution. I’ve started to see a lawyer to plan out a way out of this nightmare. It will take time I know, but I’m finally seeing the light at the end of the tunnel.

Thanks for reaching out. When I wrote the comment, I was discouraged that so many videos were about couples. Subsequently I have found very good ones about siblings and parents. I grew up with three narcissists, my dad, and my older brother & sister. Mainstream docs--clueless by the way. My dad died and I have gone "no contact" with siblings--

Twice now I've been threatened with a "break-up". Only I'm so numb to the constant attacks on my sanity and emotional well-being that I couldn't care less. This infuriated him so much that he started calling me a psychopath for not caring, and how could I do this to him? My natural reactions to his abuse are "spiteful" and "petty". And yes, I've noticed that when I am around these types of people I become more like them and I hate it. I hate that the most out of everything.

He didn´t win. You won. Because you got your second chance - a more precious life without the narcissist and his toxity. In fact the discard is no loss it is a win. Just learn to love yourself! It is never a loss to lose a toxic person.
The same thing happened to me, I did nothing wrong to deserve being dumped but they will do this to the next person too so don't feel worthless because it's not anything you did wrong and they aren't going to live happily ever after with someone else like they are trying to portray, it only appears like they won but time will reveal that they lost and you won
