Any chance You can Create a Fun 30 minute standing/wrist friendly full body dumbbell workout ? Also, more than anything, I Love how You Smile at the camera/dance and get into the Moment. It's contagious and Truly reflects into Your Viewers Home and helps Keep Us Energized to keep pushing through 💪💪

This was another great HIIT low impact which I appreciate doing right after finishing the first 15 min hiit cardio!!! I enjoyed this too!! Whew!! Look forward to day 5¡!!
I have no idea why that last move is so difficult! LOL. I have to modify a couple of these as my back doesn't like twisting so much, but I always feel the burn when I pull this one out. I find low impact enables me to focus more on the muscle groups - high impact I am too busy trying not to fall over or trip.
