  • Hey everyone, welcome to today's 15 min All Standing No Jumping HIIT Workout ❤
    This is an all standing high intensity (HIIT) workout that is going to get your heart rate up and burn the fat! HIIT workouts are awesome as it burns a lot of calories in a short amount of time. This workout is only 15 minutes but will get the heart pumping! We are toning the full body and burning fat in this workout. Do this workout at home, no equipment needed.

    The structure for this workout:
    - 7 exercises (45s ON, 15s OFF)
    - x2 SETS
    - 15s rest between sets
