- Join me for a 15 minute CARDIO KICKBOXING HIIT WORKOUT to burn calories and break out a sweat! There will be NO JUMPING in todays workout which means it's low impact but still super high intensity. Your workouts are truly the absolute best! So so much variety. And the structure isn’t boring at all, keeps me challenged throughout, no unnecessary frills in the video. Just so concise and fun
Please do more kickboxing videos! None of the other ones I’ve found are as good as this one. I’ve been doing this one several times a week.
Thanks! Love this workout! I will bet if you did a 20 minute version, more people would do it. You wouldn't necessarily have to add any more complicated techniques but perhaps 5 extra minutes of different combinations of the techniques you have already used, like shuffle, punch, hook, front kick, side kick. That would be enough to keep us entertained for 5 more minutes in the kickboxing context I believe.

This was an awesome workout! I was not expecting it to be as a effective as it was!! All the moves were fun and doable, and they definitely got my heart rate up.
That was great ! I was looking for a go workout for my cardio and I don't enjoy burpees so I was looking for something different...well here we go ! Look forward to train with you again :D

ok, this was one of the best workouts i had. it was deff beginner friendly i only skipped one move, my movements were just slower and had less strengthalso i took a quick break in the middle. but i serously enjoyed it 10/10 will do it again
ok. two weeks later i came back. this time i did this at the beginning and not the ending of my workout also modified a pose to be easier and it wasn't as hard. still a killer workout though. deff coming back
