I like the way you give low and high intensity choices. You are so positive, kind, motivating and refreshing to work out with. I have been doing cardio at home in the morning with you jfor a month now and it helps me in so many ways.
THIS 15 MIN HIIT was CRAZY intense for me but I was able to do them all with no modification!!! ( star jump got me tho, lol) I truly enjoyed it though!! Look for to the 2nd 15 hiit for day 4 week 1!!!

This was so fun and challenging. I wanted to do something more cardio focused since I walk more in summer and this popped up and was perfect. I normally do all Caroline Girvan workouts in her new app but I wanted something different and Mik was great!
I love that you show a low impact version for every thing, I have bad knees and just abit of jumping hurts so bad so this is great while I train to stabilize my knee :)
