Skates are a set of tools that are used for a scenario when the vehicle will not roll. (Key are lost, car stuck in gear) Follow along and master your skating technique.

I believe there's a little plastic On the top left by the shifter that you could remove and put a Flathead to place it in neutral

Dawn dish soap or WD40 on the bed or a chain under the tire. All three of those methods work

I would run a snatch block to the end of the bed, run the winch cable through it, and back to the front control arms and do a reverse pull.

I look for a tree and wrap a chain around it. Hook to car and drive off slowly.

Skates or not this is just asking for damage claim. Customers don't understand physics and they don't like their vehicles being dragged.
It should be wheel lift and dolly or nothing at all.
