Basic Tow | On-Loading (Smith's Towing)

Back again with a new training video for beginner tow truck drivers. In this lecture, we will be reviewing how to on-load a vehicle using a 4-point tie down system. This is a basic tow that'll be executed on someones first couple of days with us.
This free course covers everything you need to know to become a successful tow truck operator in 2020 - 2021.
I explain how the truck operates, daily inspections, tricks of the trade and what equipment you'll be using day to day.
I also walk you through specific circumstances from start to finish, so that you can practice over-the-shoulder of a PRO.
Lastly, I walk you through my customer service process and share a few tips from my 30+ years in the towing industry.
