Its sad hearing this, social media has ruined society and created toxic mindsets. When I was a kid (I am 28 now) nobody cared about approval, just go to school, socialize, do hw, and hangout with friends (outside, I know right crazy Lol) everyone generally got a long. Today's parents are a joke too.

This workout is amazing! At the end I am very sweaty! I used to be 157 and at first I didn’t have this video and went down to 155 and then I started to do this workout consistently for about a month I’ve went from 144 to 135 ! I have fixed my diet HUGELY I do this video along with a 15 minute cardio, my own ab workout and arm workouts and running i am so pleased. I’m only 20 pounds away from my goal thank you so much!
I LOVED this workout! What makes it so great is that the short reps and constant breaks keep things interesting and most important DOABLE. Even if it's hard, 25 seconds is so much easier mentally than 60 seconds. I have a short attention span for workouts, so this was a big hit for me!!

I tried to one of the beach body insanity videos after a week of Juice and Toya and It was crazy. I did them in my early 20's but there no way now. It's 60 seconds of work, no break, 60 of the next set, no break, and so one. Eventually you do get breaks but it's truly *insanity*
@@gennakale Funny how a year later I'm looking back, and how far I have come with my workouts. I would never do this now because there is no resistance and too much cardio. Keep going and eventually you will find this easy.

I do these workouts with my son as well to cover his gym quota for online schooling and it is fun to have him as my partner. I also incorporate zumba, just dance challenges, pilates, and yoga.

My hubby and I found you all via UA-cam about a year ago. Since working from home we wanted to find more activities to do together. When we came across your page we were excited and have been pleasantly pleased. The workouts have enough variety, cardio and strength training for me and hubby. We both get a good sweat. My favorite are all of the full-body videos. I have been on a fitness/be healthy journey for the past year and I'm much physically stronger than I used to be. I burned like 510 calories today I workout 4 times a week I do 2 HIIT workouts mainly this one Monday and Thursday and I do 2 Strength training days on Tuesday and Friday and Wednesday,Saturday and Sunday I have rest days and maybe some light exercises to prepare for Navy Boot camp like I do Push-Ups, Sit-ups, some jumping jacks and planks
I could not decide between a YT workout at home or a run. So glad I chose this. This is an ATTITUDE ADJUSTMENT for the day. Thank you Juice and Toya.

Week 4 day 3: along with the iso finisher I burned 316 calories! I’ve always loved cardio bc I feel so light after as if my arteries have been cleaned out😂This workout was very refreshing after a few days of dumbbell workouts
While doing this exercise I was just screaming " God come and help me " 😄😄
Did this after a 2 mile run and though I’m “skinny” I’m not very fit so this was definitely a good workout. Can’t wait to do more and get more fit!
This may sound weird, but it’s nice to see you two sweat! I look at other videos and I’m like there’s no way they’re doing this in one take! There’s no sweat! You all sweating is comforting to me because I know that this workout is challenging at all fitness levels.

This was so challenging I loved it, did half of it with my daughter in my arms because she wasn’t having it. But I didn’t let that stop the show! Mommy has to get these gains baby girl!
I took a break of three month from exercising daily because my self worth was on the floor and I wasn’t exercising for the correct reasons. Now I have a much better mentality and this is a great workout to start my healthy fitness journey

what I love about your workouts are the examples before it begins. You also do a warm-up and cool-down, which people tend to skip. If you don't know what to work out you probably don't know the proper cooldown also.

I have gained some weight over the years since I developed knee issues and had to stop running. It's been hard to find good low impact workouts. I'm so glad I found you guys because your videos are perfect for me. Challenging enough to make me sweat and get my heart rate up but no pain in my joints. I also love how you don't repeat anything. The videos are challenging, interesting, and motivating. The intervals are just long enough for me to push myself through the exercise. Thank you!

I trained all my life from the age of 20 for many many years. I haven't worked out for about 3 years now and ate whatever i wanted, great but i went from weighing on average 180 to now weighing 204 lbs. My 2023 resolution is to get back down to about 190 and these workouts with proper diet will get me there! This is my first week. Thank ya'll for great workouts! Peace and love

No lie, that was the most fun I’ve had working out in YEARS! To be fair, I haven’t done any HIIT workout since I was in a car accident 5 years ago 😅 I didn’t get all the moves in this one totally right and I am definitely slower than y’all, but I am sweating my face off and I loved every moment of it! Even when I was yelling “I HATE YOU!” at my screen for the last few exercises 😂 thank you for creating such a fun and effective workout! Can’t wait to do more with you!!

okay how did yall make the music fit PERFECTLY with each exercise?! most workout videos I do I have to turn off the sound and play my own music but the beats to each song literally pulled me through the workout 10/10
I can't tell ya enough how much I love Juice in the background getting us hyped up while Toya is giving a brief rundown of what to expect in the workout. Week 4 Day 3: This was a great day of cardio...the sweat was coming. I pushed myself harder to go faster or jump further side to side for an added push today.
After a hard day as a High School Teacher this was amazing! Fast pace, lots of variety and a warm up and cool down.

God, I loved it. I'm getting back on track after being in bed for months, eating only sweets and starving myself. So my condition and muscles don't exist, but for the past 4 days I did weight training with them and today I did HIIT. I found myself getting through all of the exercises without any breaks which don't happen with other yt trainers, where I'm close to vomiting or fainting. I highly recommend!

Was done at 50%😂😂 but kept going! I used to use your workout videos all the time then I got busy. I'm trying my best to get back to working out every day to build my stamina back up. This was an awesome workout to get back into it!
I am on day 29 of my working out every day goal. I used to be an intense runner but my heart is just not in it anymore. It took me awhile to find something I actually enjoy doing. I mostly do your workouts with some other ones mixed in. I really enjoy them. I started with 20 minute workouts, but have upped myself to 30 minute workouts and sometimes I'm still surprised when they're done! Can't wait to try out more of your workout videos! You guys do a really great job!
