This workout is designed for everyone so there are modifications available if you need them. This is an interval style workout so you can go at whatever pace that helps you get the most out of the 15 minutes. Finally, I managed to finish the whole 15-minute workout, and it took me 2 weeks to do so. i can barely go through the first 3 minutes of this video when I first started. I'm so proud of myself!

Literally didn’t work out for the last 30 days cause I couldn’t bring myself to in the midst of full time work and full time school. But I’m back at it. Todays day 1 and I was absolutely crushed by this workout. Took a few extra breaks but made sure to get the whole thing in. I’ll be back tmrw and try to see if I can crush it. Thank you for the workout.

When you get up late but don’t want to feel like a slug because you missed a workout, this is perfect. I’ve discovered I can do just about anything for 20 seconds! (Except full push up and sit ups are right out.). This channel has become my favorite. I used to do a lot of PopSugar, but their chattiness annoyed me. This is perfect, and I’m feeling more confident in my abilities after every workout. Thanks!!
Hi Juice and Toya I am teaching a PE class to 10th-12th graders online. We just finished up a yoga unit and for Valentines week we started a heart health unit. Our first day was your "15 min. Full body Cardio Workout (no equipment)". You two did great! What made it work for us both genders represented, at least 2 levels (Toya, we see you wanting to step it up, lol), dressed appropriately (often the exercise videos have to much skin to show to a group of public school students), incorporated all the major areas of the body, music with no words, a timer on right side, and showing the next movement on the right side with the name of the exercise, lastly it did not need equipment (many of the students do not have access to exercise equipment). This is very helpful and appreciated because, as the teacher I do not have the right cameras and or sounds to make videos, not to mention I am not as young or fit as I use to be. If possible it would be great if there was different ages with you 6 ft. apart of course. This could promote families joining in the 15min. interval fun time! Take care and thank you.

I was only able to do the first round of exercises as I am so out of shape, but I will continue to exercise every day until I can complete the video! But even doing just the first round I'm already can feel my body refreshed

Day 3 ✅ My initial thought was to follow Toya with the modified and do it two times through, but I ended up pushing myself to follow Julius (with a few exceptions) and still do it two times through! Feeling great!

I hope you are a small person; 92 pounds is pretty light. So, take care on how much you lose. I made that mistake once. I was 118 at 5’4”. I got to 102 which was definitely not good. I went back up to 112 and I felt perfect.

Thank you for this episode. I didn't believe it at first, but towards the end of 1st set Circuit 2, I was sweating! I am so in need of a proper cardio workout. Appreciate the narrative and modifications! I also followed your pre-workout warm up before this and now I feel my abs are burning!
Really appreciate that you give an easier version of each exercise, I'm a heavy guy and I struggle with certain exercises, but I was able to follow along to this with no problems at all, doing a bit of A and a bit of B 🙌 definitely coming back to this workout, got the blood pumping! I highly recommend wrapping up the session with a refreshing cold shower to invigorate further! Thanks guys!

Did this after the bodyweight strength workout and whew, the sweat was coming through. Felt good to challenge myself by following Juice! Except for the toe touches. We gonna stick to the knee taps over here :) haha

I went from 57kg to 52kg by doing this cardio and eating in a calorie deficit for 3-4 months last year. Sadly though, I gained most of them weight back again (currently at 56kg) from overeating that I think was caused due to stress since this year has been pretty rough for me. I stopped working out and lived my days sedentarily but now I'm back and ready to reset everything. Keep going guys, you got this.
I love this workout. Day 3 ✅ for me and ✅ for my mum. So much fun working out with her. Helps me stay consistent with morning workouts.

Love this 15min intense cardio. I do it as a warm up before strength training. BUT the toes taps right after burpees and mountain climbers absolutely kill me! 😫 its probably a sign that my core needs more work.

Loved this Day 3 workout, and holy cow it was intense! My endurance was definitely tested with this one (those high knees are no joke) from beginning to end. Wanted to do it again to make it a 30-minute workout, but honestly could not do it again, haha. 15 minutes was plenty for me today. : ) Loved it!

To get an accurate number, we suggest using a fitness tracker with your own personal measurements- as calories burned is dependent on body composition, intensity during the workout, and many other factors. One person can burn 150 while another could burn 300. It is completely dependent on your own personal workout!
