This is a brilliant excercise, few years ago i got injuries on my shoulder and my trainer told me to do excercise slowly and really feel how the move effect the muscles. This might be slow and looks lazy, but it is not as easy as it seems. When you need more sweats can be finished with HIIT but sometimes excercise doesn't need to be explosive. 🎉🎉
Did this as a workout on Father's Day with my two teen daughters. Great workout. Happy Father's Day to Juice (sure, the kiddo is still hiding out, but Juice is already a dad). Best of luck to mom on arrival day. Only advice I give to new parents: 1. Diaper wipes- right from the start. The first few times they go can be a bit tar-y. The wipes really helps spare the little one's fanny. (I know, a bit gross- but welcome to kids!) 2. Sleep when the kid sleeps. The kid will really command when sleep happens. Don't think about cleaning, doing chores, etc... Sleep. First 4-6 months are rough- have dependable friends/plans so you can recover. Never make big decisions or try to settle arguments when seriously sleep deprived. 3. Most importantly- enjoy every second- my first goes to college in the Fall. I can remember hearing her first noise in the delivery room like it was yesterday. It goes fast. You've got this.

Was using 1kg dumbbells (which I could barely feel) and switched to 5kg dumbbells-which are now beginning to feel light now that I've done a couple of your dumbbell workouts. This is my longest dumbbell video ever and tbh, I was a bit scared to attempt it and not finish it. But thanks to your other videos, I was able to finish this with a lot less difficulty (which might be yet another sign to lift even heavier 😂). Congratulations on the latest addition to your family. I tried it with various heavier weights. Definitely feel the 🔥, but it's a good burn!! One of the best from my VT's Juice and Toya!!!!!!

At first i was seeing the comments on pace & got a bit restless on the "slow speed" Regardless i told myself well youre a bit sore maybe this is what you need.. Then the more the round progressed i realize what an awesome opp this type of video is.. Slow but effective.. you can still show up super sore & just go through with centering around the actual movement & without risking injury for the sake of "just working past the pain" Fantastic video -- i hope you make more this way. Because this video will be 1000% my go to when im not entirely feeling high energy or im sore & feel i got a good burn & feeling stronger @ the end of it.! Bravo i love your videos & i always recommend them to anyone actually trying to enjoy movement & exercise long as a lifestyle!

I did this video twice this week. I went lighter with the dumbbells 8lbs the first time 💪🏾 and today I use both of my dumbbells 8lbs and 20lbs. 💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾 very good not too much sweat 🥵Thank you guys continuing motivating and God Bless 🙏🏽❤️
I love this routine, it is simple, without complicated movements, it does not have jumps and therefore you will avoid injuries to your knees, ankles and other parts of the body. I also like it because each muscle group is worked very well. Intense and effective routine to build muscle. Ideal for all ages, even for those of us who are over 50 and urgently need to take care of our bones, joints and muscle mass. Thank you very much for your work and effort. We hope for more Upper body, lower body routines, if possible more emphasis on the calves. Merry christmas!

I've been doing y'all's dumbbell workouts for months now and this one us my new favorite! Normally i experience a little lower back pain after dumbbell workouts even when i watch my form and engage my core. Zero back pain after this one! My muscles were sore the next day but my back felt great. I really think it's the slow pace that did the trick. Thank you so much!!!
I'm struggling. I got through the first week. Took Wednesday off & worked out Saturday. I love you guys! And I started the challenge thinking I need to challenge myself to get where I want to be. Used to do your workouts, but after hysterectomy surgery my body just broke down. But I know part of it is mental. I'm exhausted today & I'm not finding the push to get me through. I'm going to try to pick it back up but if not, I'll try to start again tomorrow.
I used lightweights (6lbs) and did this workout twice for tightening and toning. I'm a dancer and keeping strength while not bulking up is very important. I loved this workout and I love your guys channel. Please do more time under tension workouts. Thankyou guys 😊❤
Holy cow. That time under tension is no joke! So much harder than anticipated. I had to drop my normal weight at times but felt strong holding it throughout the slow movement. Thanks for another great session!

Did this at home yesterday since I wasn't able to make it to the gym. The first group I wasn't sure how I felt about it, but something clicked with the second group and holy moly! Definitely adding this to my weekly routine!
I loved it! I managed 15 lbs for most of it, with 12.5 for arms.. proud of myself! Thanks for this!! Also, this music fits perfectly the rhythm of the workout, and I totally loved it.
FSC week 2. I surprised myself by really enjoying that. I think my body is happier with the slower workout style because the previous week told me that my two biggest weaknesses are balance and coordination. In *this* workout I was able to do the reverse lunges with reasonable form because they were much slower and controlled. If it's only a little bit faster, I struggled to maintain my balance while remembering what movements to make.
Back after a week in Kefalonia. Lots of long and tough walks, this though!! I missed you guys and this workout was great. Also the music was bang on! thank you again.

Wow do so many of your workouts. This landed differently. Really felt it in the hands and wrists, so much that I couldn’t do the stretches at the end that require putting weight on the hands.
I'll have to try this one again, just completed the 1st full set and my muscles just gave out in round 2, I tried to do just body weight but body said nope, straight to cooldown... maybe I started off a bit too heavy, I'll back it down 5lbs next time.
